The breakfast was very good. The setting was incredible.

The air conditioner didn't seems to be working as well as was needed. We were on the top floor, so it was warm. We did not bring this up with the owner, but I am sure if we did it would have been addressed.

The breakfast was excellent, great view of countryside.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, small cosy hotel, nice rooms. Good breakfast and delicious cakes. Very good for a short city break. All in all we have some good memories of the stay, despite the minus points described below. We might use the hotel again - but we would avoid having dinner there again.

We were quite unlucky regarding a few topics. We stayed there 3 nights with our 5 months old son. The air conditioning in our room was not working. It was in the middle of a very strong summer heat wave. Beside the heat, near our window there was a wasp nest. This made it even more problematic to keep the window open. The hotel was full - they were unable to provide us with a new room until the last night. We announced that something seems to be wrong with the air conditioning in the first evening (it was making noise but it didn't seem to cool down the air properly). They checked it only the day after and they couldn't get somebody to fix it before the second night started. We were offered a bottle of cold watter and a champagne bottle. We returned the last one since I was breastfeeding. We suggested having some ice instead - I guess there was some communication problem since in the end the waitress billed us for the ice. In the new room we received for the third night everything was fine. But the most sad part was actually the food. We took dinner there every evening. In the first evening the food was very very good - one of the best dishes we ever ate. But what we received in the next 2 evenings it was just sad compared with what we had in the first one. The price at that time was around 24€ or more per dish (summer 2020). In the third day we even ordered the same thing as in the first one, in the hope that we will repeat the fist experience. Probably different cooks, because this time it was just disappointing. It would have been disappointing even if we wouldn't have had the great experience regarding the dinner in the first evening. Really sad, especially given the manager's background. In the second evening my husband found a thin metal string in his sauce. We were offered coffee as an apology. The hotel itself can be a 8 to 9 one. It is only our experience there that makes it less than that - for us, for this specific stay.

Very nice and beautiful view and location. Very good restaurant with exquisite and interesting food and local specialities but expensive.

Not as described on booking.com where both room and bathroom were showing a different and much bigger room, perhaps a suite. Mould between tiles in bathroom, both on the wall and on the floor, very loud doors from rooms and hall, no cosmetics or hair / facial products in the bathroom at all, outworn towels, complicated parking without enough light.
