Wir waren nicht das erste mal hier, weil die Familienzimmer so toll sind. Die Kinder Lieben die Treppe und oben ihr eigenes kleines Reich.
Teppich in Hotelzimmern finde ich immer unhygienisch, auch wenn gesaugt war. Handtuchhaken war fast ab.

The receptionist was a kind Gentleman who explained all of the procedures to us clearly and welcomed us in a kind and helpful manner.
I stayed in the ground floor room and it was very noisy from the people upstairs. Furthermore, many people were speaking loudly and laughing right outside of our window close to the entrance at 12am and it was impossible to sleep.

Receptionist was a very polite and helpful man. The beds were comfortable. The room was cosy and pleasant to stay in. The bathroom was clean and easily accessible. Will stay again.
It would have been better if there were more breakfast options.

Wszystko ok jednak problem mój to bariera językowa i booking nie dosłał mi odpowiednich danych do tego bym mogła spokojnie wejść do hotelu . Podano mi kod który był do niczego , nie podano numeru pokoju i kodu do wejścia i kiedy nie zna się języka i jest 3 w nocy to ciężko dostać się do opłaconego pokoju.

Close to motorway. Ideal place to stop during your journey from Uk to central/eastern Europe. I always stay there for a night on my drive back from Poland. Secured car park.

24 hours checkin. I was travelling by car with my family and tried to cover as much distance as possible, so I did not book anything in advance. Here, there was a family room available for an acceptable price, and I could check in any time I arrive.
The room looked clean.
The price was good.
No elevator. I had some heavy suitcases that I did not want to leave in the car.

Close to the highway, silent, very friendly and helpful staff. Kids on the storey/mezzanine were happy.

Arrived after 1 at night. I was instructed by hotel to use self check in machine. This wasn’t working and couldn’t get the code to my room. Emergency number wasn’t working. I was forced to look for another hotel at night. Not nice when you are travelling from far away and just want to slip and continue your travel. I have messaged the hotel straight away but 2 days later and still have no answer from there.

We arrived after the reception was closed and the code received by email didn’t work to enter our room. After calling the duty phone, we were given a new room. My kids woken up in middle of the night due to body rash where we discovered the beds were full of bed bugs. We got a new room in the middle of the night. The staff We showed the room in the morning to the reception staff so they could take action for the room and ask for a refund. Staff was nice but didn’t speak English so the case requires extra follow up correspondence with booking.com customer service for a refund.
