The room is clean, silent, and located close to the center. Very value for money for solo travelers

Eine tolle Ergänzung wäre, wenn im Flur ein Automat aufgestellt wäre, aus dem Getränke und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen gekauft werden können.

The hotel is close to the central railway station as well as to Altstadt (cca 15 mins by walking or 2-3 stations by tram). The hotel is also close to other attractions like the New Town Hall and museums. The self-check-in was easy - the hotel sent me a PIN a day before I arrived. Even if the check-time starts at 3 pm, I was allowed to check in +- an hour before. Although the hotel is based on self-check-in, someone from the staff was present at the reception between cca 9 am - 5 pm. The room was clean and comfortable with a window to the courtyard. The room has its own bathroom (I appreciate it is separated by doors and with its own window). The room seems to be small but for one traveler is enough. I also appreciate a capsule coffee machine in the room as well as the instructions (wifi, check-out, tips on close restaurants etc.)

Love everything about the hotel itself. This is the 2nd time I stayed there and I'd come back for sure.

The parking situation is really a huge problem. No street parking after 8 pm possible and the park house at the Leinstr. Is not a nice place. Dirty, creepy in the evening. The hotel should try and work something out with the closest park house so traveller's get a deal

Clear instructions for the self-service check in and building felt secure and safe and there were staff around in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short walk into town and there were great bakeries close to the hotel for breakfast.

We loved the design of the rooms, the beautiful smell in the hallway, the location and the easy self check-in.

It was clean, but just some small things were missing to make it exceptional. Cups were not cleaned in between the days and the trash can was not empty at arrival.

Great location right in the city centre, close to all cultural venues and train station. Comfy beds, clean, warm, complimentary bottles water and coffee. Nice cafes and restaurants close by.

Bed was just two singles with single quilts rather than a double. Lack of English tv channels (don’t know if this is something hotel can control, but when we stayed in a different German city we had more options)
