Good Breakfast, friendly staff. It was easy to get to and although I arrived later there were good instructions for getting the key and getting into my room.

The bed was sunken in on one side. I think with a better bed the stay would have been good. With a better or fixed bed (maybe the springs) the room would be good. Also a little hot as it had no AC.

We were really impressed by the hotel and the rooms. They are large and luxurious and we were glad to see finally a fairly priced accommodation. The owner/receptionist was very helpful and kind and the hotel is situated in a nice area with parking houses nearby. If we ever visit Frankfurt again, for sure this is where we will be staying!

The breakfast was pretty expensive, although I heard very good.

Clean, tidy room and bathroom, very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. Very comfy bed. All facilities were there and as described in Booking.com, generously supplied with toilet papers and toiletries. Good WiFi signal, working lift, great location; it is 3 minutes walk to Olgaeck U Bahn and buses which takes you everywhere, very close to EDEKA and Lidl, restaurants and shops. I was given the permission to place my luggage at the reception when I arrived two hours earlier than check in time, nice staff and really burning to help the customers, special thanks to Philipp who communicated with me via messaging and sorted out the temp issue with central heating. Rich breakfast, suitable for vegetarians, the restaurant staff are so friendly and polite.

Only my bathroom had a too tight area between the toilet seat and the shower cabin. A bit uncomfy.

The breakfast was fine and the catering team friendly and helpful. They hotel team in general was very welcoming and efficient, making our stay very pleasant. Well done team!

Thew hotel is really near the centre. It provides easy access to any theatre, museum in centre. And at the same time locality is very quiet.

The room is really small, but it could be managed. It was a bit surprising that hotel is originally a apartment house turned into hotel, but is has nice cosy (and a bit retro) atmosphere.

The lift judders like mad which was a bit worrying! The breakfast was nice but could do with more cooked options, they only had baked goods, cereal, cold meat/cheese and eggs. Only one thin pillow in the bed.
