The hotel is a modern, well-kept facility. The room, hallways, entrance, stair well. elevator, etc. were in good order and clean. Breakfast was very good. It offered a variety of hot food, the typical German cold cults and cheese plus an espresso machine to make coffee the way my partner liked. The staff spoke English well enough to help us out. They did not have decaffeinated coffee; however, I can't complain. Parking was easily accessible and at no cost. The bed was alright for me; for my partner, it was so-so.

Excellent hotel, nice suite, clean

The shower varied fast from normal to super cold and scorching hot, twice in three days, at different hours. The high quality Grohe faucet apparently did not contain a thermostat.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Breakfast can be really improved in terms of cooking quality. The rest is fine. My room smelled terribly like someone had smoked recently. I asked for a replacement and then it was fine.

Breakfast is very good, location is fine as well - 10 min to Hauptbahnhof, wi fi is ok but if you do not use it some time you have to log in once again, tv channels list is good

There should be definitely more light in the room, no air conditioner, no kettle and slippers in a room. Although everything was pre paid the receptionist charged some city tax on a check out - why couldn't they charge all the amount from the card before arrival?
