All'arrivo lo staff è stato efficiente e preciso e molto disponibile, ascensore comodo e corridoi puliti, all'arrivo in camera ho trovato la camera pulita e alla temperatura perfetta nonostante il grande caldo fuori. Il bagno e la doccia sono molto grandi, comodi E in ottima efficienza. La colazione comprendeva sia salato che ha una grande varietà di dolci tipo croissant frutta fresca yogurt crostate. Il grande parcheggio all'esterno anche se non custodito è comodo
Migliorerei alcuni piccoli aspetti come per esempio una bottiglietta d'acqua omaggio come benvenuto per gli ospiti, l'Hotel non fornisce un servizio navetta per il centro, a Piacenza ci sono pochi taxi. Cambierei la spalliera del letto che risulta abbastanza scomoda per rimanere seduti a leggere.

No coffee making facilities in the room, room was too warm and air conditioning couldn't be set below 25°C

Excellent place for a “crash” over night on the way south/north. Simple hotel with good, decent rooms, nice breakfast

Very helpful staff. Nice room with huge bed! Nice breakfast (for every taste). The parking area just outside the hotel is a plus!

it’s located a little away from centro but has ample parking. room was clean and sizeable. staff was courteous and helpful. good breakfast inclusive in our booking

The receptionist was weirdly ignoring our questions, maybe he didn’t understand english enough. The staff at the breakfast was great though.
