The place looks awesome.

The reception refused to arrange a taxi for us that we needed to go to the airport. It was really hot in the room and we could not find thermostat to regulate temperature. No fridge in the room.

I liked the old style of the property, this was the main reason I have chosen it. Unfortunately, I did not think this type of old buildning may not have a lift. The rooms were clean and we could stay there with a cat.

I did not like they did not have room/place to store heavy suitcases. There was no lift and taking them upstairs and downstairs alone was very difficult. A woman from reception was fake friendly. She had no advice on where we could leave our heavy suitcases. When we asked for a taxi recommendation, she said I do not know, you have to look online. SO LOUD, you can hear every step, every snore and every fart from all rooms and constantly get woken up by other guests slamming doors or using toilet there was no also a mega loud party with a lot of drunk people, hammering, banging against the walls, yelling and swearing till 2 am don’t pick this place if you just want to sleep and catch an early flight or continue your trip, even without the troglodytes next door it would have been difficult. I had to wear noise canceling headphones all the time, also for sleep, and thanks to the acoustics of the building the noise was still getting through I asked for a room change but I was refused :/ got only maybe 3 hours of sleep and I’m not a light sleeper! the place is not manned at night which means if you have problems with other guests, the only thing staff can do is to give them a call… or you have to deal with some aggressive loud and drunk individuals personally

Extremely friendly and very helpful stuff. They spoke perfect English! I am missing good words to describe everything! Dinner was great and I haven't seen such a rich breakfast table in a long time! Room was clean and cosy! Definitely recommend that place!

Really a nice place. Stylish and with good food. If you are in/out of the airport, a perfect place.

-Just on the axe for plane to get or to leave airport of Warsaw. - A lot of works on the street closed to this point. - No individual system of heat, only a wind ventilaor available.

Very early breakfast. The timing 7.00-9.00 on Sundays seems not to be comfortable. The staff was perfect, the breakfast itself was very good.

the walls are defo very thin. I could fully hear the speech of neighbors when I was passing by their doors. At night ( at 4 am) our neighbors came back or just woke up and starting screaming/ talking loudly/ listening to the music ( or probably drinking ). Floor is cracking when people are walking in the rooms ( disturbing noise).I could not fall asleep afterwards… Talking of breakfast , it could be more diverse.. There are no shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer!

The breakfast could have more variety, I thought it was limited but this is not a bad review regarding breakfast, just something that could be improved.

Nice old building, well decorated, free parking, food at the restaurant was good.

The very tiny room upstairs, no soap in the bathroom, the bin wasn't emptied from the previous stay.
