Excellent location, comfy bed, huge room, balcony and safe

I loved everything about this place

In general, hotel was very good I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of products and for dinner there was a lot of fruits and vegetables, spanish tapas, cheeses as well as different hot food options every night + barbecue. Hotel has 3 pools, there was always place on sunbeds next to them and it was quiet around the pools since there are no children allowed. Beach is also nearby, hovewer down the stairs, which may not be ideal for older people with knee problems; at the beach you need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas but it is less than 10 EUR per day, there were often waves in the sea which was fun. Staff was also very nice and friendly and there was different show every evening in a bar (mainly island singers, some good, some worse) to accompany your drink.

Only negative for us was beds in our room- mattressess were too bedsore and when you lie down you felt like in a tobogan tube (I weight only around 50 kg) so they definitely needed to be changed seasons ago :(

Rooftop Bar is incredible. Breakfast was also 4 star hotel level. Dinner is very good, with typical days like fish, italian, mexican, etc. There was for us too big variety of cakes for dinner. Balcony had see view, even if we didn't paid extra for it!:)

Staff very rude, a horrible experience with a guy (some manager) working at the reception - rude and not knowing his job. Hotel policies are outrageous - you cannot have guests in your room unless you pay 3 nights all inclusive for someone that would visit for 20 min. No water in the room, they don’t bring it, you have to go out several times per day and cary your water up in your room. Clean towels they deliver dirty, stained and with thick organic matter on it, no international calls from your room, a very poor improvised gym is out in the open but you cannot work out until 2 PM becasuse it’s only partially covered - under the dircect Canary sun!! A horrible live music at the restaurant for dinner, I left the hotel after 1 night, they charged 2 nights - and that’s when they got furious telling me I should see with booking .com about refunding the rest of my stay that I paid (which of course was not the case)… extremely rude staff, terrible place, bad atmosphere - wouldn’t recommend to anyone indeed! They should adverstise their policies publicly in first place.

I wish our beds had been made together but we had two singles that kept rolling apart, but that’s a small thing. The food could have been more varied but it’s what you expect at an all inclusive

Superb staff. Really nice facilities. Fantastic value for money

Food was hit and miss on an evening. Would be good to have access to fruit salad and regular salad throughout the day rather than just at main meals.

Entertainment not great

Location was fab, close to the beach, close to transport and the staff were brilliant. Spa is included in the stay with no extra cost.

A couple of chipped furnitures but overall great.

Great Location. 3 mins to beach. 10 mins to Yumbo Center. Very clean and quiet hotel being Adults only. Super friendly and efficient staff. 2 x Amazing outdoor heated pools 25oC. Roof top bar overlooking the resort. Great food with lots of variety - different every day! Would love to visit this hotel again. Highly recommended!
