Breakfast, room and everything is amazing

We could not use the interior pool given that it was under maintenance, and as we only stayed one night, we missed this experience. Also, next morning we found ants in the room…. Not that good of an experience. Also, the restaurant at the hotel was really overpriced.

Great hotel, secluded and surrounded by nature. Lovely large indoor swimming pool, and excellent restaurant on site. With an outdoor terrace so you can eat with your dog:)

The additional room service charge in the weekend is very expensive..14 euros! Even though in the hotel app it mentions 3.50 euros. Manager was not on site on Sunday when checking out unfortunately, so I was not able to resolve the matter then and there..

The rooms were large and facilities in the room were good.

The beds, whilst large were a little hard.

The restaurant here is incredibly good. I wasn't expecting it. All was freshly made and well made! The menu is very good value for money considering the quality of the food served. That and the staff, that were super nice and helpful, are from my point of view the only reason to go there.

The facilities look tired and lack charm - basic rooms, very sterile dining room, and in need of a renovation. It lacks a gym (that would be nice) and the spa is nothing to write home about.

The only thing we liked about this place was the scenery.

Unfortunately my daughter got poisoned with the fish in the restaurant. That night she ate the fish (lomo de bacalao), the yogurt and drank Lipton tea. In 6 hours her diarrhoea with vomit started and continued for 3 hours. Just to warn you that the staff does not care absolutely about the health of the clients. They not only refused to give us medicine but charged us for this poisoned fish. Imagine they justified their behaviour by saying that the girl got poisoned in some other place! As if there are hundreds of places to eat out in this middle of nowhere! Being extremely shocked with this unacceptable attitude we just want you to know that if you get sick there they will simply leave you in this trouble.

The hotel is very nice, spacious and the view is beautiful

This is our second time to the hotel and it’s a wonderful break from city life. The lodge is private but homely and provides wonderful catering and views. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. With a little baby, it is also great to have the option for late checkout.

Only thing is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear what’s going on next door (and they can probably hear us!)

Very comfortable large room with a good view over the countryside.

Toilet broke twice. Front door didn't lock until it got fixed, but door was open for a few hours unknown to us.

Excellent mountain view resort. All was as expected. Comfortable and clean. The outdoors swimming pool is amazing.

The Spa acts like a completely different company, located in the same buildibg. It sounded strange. The furniture around the outdoors pool can be bettercquality and more confortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really big, with a lovely terrace. The whole hotel was really pretty and in a stunning location with beautiful scenery. The spa was amazing, for a really good price.

I stayed in peak holiday season so it was busy, so I expect a little noise but the rooms were not insulated at all for noise. We could hear the people in the next room talking. We could hear babies crying very loudly (not their fault I know!). It was extremely noisy and was difficult to sleep through the night with hearing everything going on.
