First of all, the food is incredible! Dinner and breakfast was super impressive and delicious! I wish I went for half board. The staff we also lovely, special shoutout to Miguel, and the service very good. The facilities were great and all in all very good value for money and a pleasant stay.

- it would be nice to have a kettle in the room and perhaps some toiletries supplied - airport transfer is very expensive (€110 euros) just so you know if you’re going from Palma!

Esta ubicado justo al lado del mar en una zona tranquila. El gimnasio pequeñito y básico pero suficiente. El spa esta muy bien pero pena que la sauna turca y la salida de hielo no funcionaran. Tanto el bufet del desayuno como de la cena espectaculares, mucha variedad, buena presentación, ordenado, siempre había reposición y había servicio de parrilla

The best place on an island for summer vacation on Majorca. No crowds of people, cosy clean lovely beach just near the hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner, nice and friendly personal. Garden is very beautiful in the hotel. Pool is awesome.

Beds i would change and air conditioner could work better . But i guess in whole spain now because of electricity prices air conditioner works less.i would say some years ago building and design was good, but now it needs some improvement. Best place for the hotel in this region on the beach, so if to improve those things, would be 5 start hotel.

To sum it up the fiancé and I absolutely loved it. The room, the view, the staff, the food, the pool area, it was all wonderful.

These are very minor things. But if I had to pick out anything, I’d say for stats we had issues with the air conditioner. It was the hottest part of July and it did very little to keep the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The showers water temperature was inconsistent and would routinely bounce back and forth to room temperature to scalding hot. Lastly, and this may have just been an availability issue. But I did book the junior suite for almost a week, and the “double bed” I had book was two twin beds pushed together. Normally this would not be an issue except they were on very light frames atop laminate flooring. Ergo they slid apart from each other with the slightest movement. If anything I’d say the one issue for me that would have to be addressed would be the bed. But all in all I definitely would and will stay there again the next time I find myself in Mallorca

Quality of evening entertainment falls short of 4-star hotel.

The location, the room views, the facilities of the hotel were mainly for families with children from babies to teenagers. It was a very good hotel for this purpose.

The general atmosphere of the hotel is still ‘old school’ and for an island it is understandable. However, there were two lift in the hotel of which the functionality of was extremely not well planned during peak hours.

Facilities like the lift can be better and air conditioning hardly worked.

Food, place, stuff

- I spent 5 nights in this hotel and I would firstly like to say a huge thanks to Sergi who is meeting and helping clients on the front desk. Was super polite and quickly helped with the check in and answered all the questions. - the room is spacious, the bathroom is very beautiful, I stay in a very beautiful hotels(5 stars etc) and I can say this hotel is very lovely for the pleasure holidays where you don't really spend much time in the room. The view from the room was incredible, the mountain and the sea view together also you can hear the sea waves at night which gives you an extra relaxation. - the view from the restaurant was breathtaking, they have a lovely private beach too. Overall experiense was lovely - they had shampoo, conditioner, soap, body creams in the bathroom. The water is always good cold/hot and they have also got kettle in the room with couple of tea choises and coffee.

Couple of things i didnt like which is mostly related not to the hotel. - the customer service in the restaurant where you have your breakfast and dinner, firstly it would be great to be more polite to people also you can see couple of watress walking around but you can only order drinks during your dinner just from one person which is super strange as you then wait when he finishes with taking orders from other people(and its very crowded for dinner). -also you are not allowed to take any single thing from your dinner or breakfast even if you paid for your water, they will not let you take it to your room and the room does’t give you a water for free(this is a bit strange as most of the hotels gives you water at least for free). You cant take the banana which is in yiur plate to eat it later. I think the management must reconsider this rool as if you close your kitched at 10am at nigth and someone wants to eat after what they suppose to do? Taking snacks from your plate with you has nothing wrong with it. - the restaurant guys are walking around and watching you non stop. It is unconfortable for those who wants in peace. So the only concern is with the restaurant but the hotel was super lovely and nice:

Calm hotel by the sea. Staff was great and very helpful. The facilities were well kept and always clean. The pools were great and the service was very friendly. Parking was near the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional.

The beach sunbathing area was under renovation, so we could not use this area. The beach near the hotel is small, but enought for us, as we went in a calm season. Only thing we didn't like in our breakfast was the scrambled eggs, which were always a little dry.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room, friendly and very polite staff. Also I did not expect to have infra-red lamp in the bathroom., which was a nice surprise for me. Staff at the hotel was very attentive to the details. I had a birthday during my stay and hotel greeted me with strawberries and Cava bottle at our room. Thank you for such pleasant surprise! Though we do not drink alcohol, but still we were very appretiated for your attention. Here are some valuable tips for tourists. During our stay at a hotel with a Mountain View, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that it offered both mountain and seaside views. Our balcony faced towards the location known as "Mirador del Cap del Pinar," where we observed the full moon rising. This happened in early June, suggesting that it may be a favorable time to witness such moonrises in the area. Since I don't have extensive knowledge about moonrise specifics, I recommend you to make your own research about this natural phenomenon.

- Massage is awful, really is just an oily wipe to your back. Not worth the money one bit. - I was the only person of colour staying there, and I felt like everyone was staring - Very few people under 50 years old, was super weird to not see many younger people - bathtub has a very wide frame, so felt very precarious climbing out - couldn't get the AC in the room to work

Very spacious and clean rooms. The people working there have a 10 in cordiality and they always try to help you. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was different every day.

it was beautiful and so comfortable. everything was done well. the food was great and a great value. the location was great if you want a quieter holiday. it’s about an hour from the city so it just depends on your willingness to drive back and forth. surrounding beaches are beautiful but not for bathing or laying out. but the hotel pools were great for laying out.

it was very hot in the room and being spring the ac was not available yet. I had to sleep with the windows open and then was eaten alive by mosquitos. one main complaint is that I think this hotel could benefit from some sort of activities desk. when I checked in and out I had to wait in a long line of people reserving cars or golf slots or activities. might be good to have the registration desk separate. or have more staff available for this.
