We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel itself is very nice with lots of different ameneties for the kids. The location is fantastic as it's located right on a lovely beach, which is in quite a secluded area itself (take note if you don't have your own transport - we had rented a car so it was easy to come and go, otherwise it's not like it's close to other areas). Breakfast and dinner options always had good selection and we were very happy with this too. The staff were also always very helpful. Good mattress too!

Absolutely nothing

This property is not habitable. The food was inedible and the facilities dirty, moldy, faulty and unsafe. The rooms smelt of mold and were musky. The sink link. There was mold around the mirrors in the bathrooms and on the toilet flushes. The rooms were unclean and no tea/coffee facilities were provided, just an old coffee machine and an empty, dirty fridge. One of the rooms we were given was on the ground floor and the door did not close property. When this was reported as a safety issue the staff took a screw driver/hammer to the door to bend the latch into place and said that was sufficient. The staff were not helpful or friendly. The food was a mixture of swimming in fat, uncooked and simply inedible. There was no food hygiene being observed. This caused a severe issue for us as my son has a severe nut allergy. There was only one evening restaurant, which was the inedible buffet. The property is not like the pictures at all and not as described. We had to pay for an additional transfer to a new hotel, as well as the costs of alternative accommodation. The hotel had said that we would be able to get a refund, however they then backtracked and said because the booking was not direct with them but through booking.com they could not issue a refund. They did nothing to help us or to resolve the situation.

We were two families there (8 people), living in three different rooms. The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff, all of them fantastic, but my biggest thanks go to children animation team. The territory is well kept and cosy. The outside swimming pools were very cold and unheated though.The inside pool too hot and with too much of chlorine. The inside jakuzzi was too cold three days out of five... The food is good, but nothing impressive, there is a lot for every taste. I heartily recommend the hotel and we will be back. The rooms with lateral sea view are absolutely worth of money, the view to the dunes and mountains is amazing.

Small improvement suggestions: 1) toiletries - there was only one disposable old bottle of something, no information of it (because it was so scratched and used millions of times), this is really not a 4 star hotel standard; 2) sewage stench was sometimes pervading the room and the areas around pools, maybe this can be fixed?

Elegant and very well-kept facility at a high level, beautiful vegetation, tasty food, very helpful and professional staff, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful beach nearby, quiet and peaceful surroundings, nice attractions for small children. In connection with my birthday, the Manager prepared a birthday present in the form of a bottle of champagne :)

The hotel is isolated no town near by no shuttle to take us to town the beach is small and crowded... Air conditioning is very bad cleaning is very bad... Pools are full and small there are numbers of them but all small.. I will never go again I don't recommend any to go...

Location is fabulous. Next to best beach on Majorca.

The hotel was very large and the restaurant buffet had a good spread. It is an excellent property for families with small children, not so much for older kids.

The property was extremely crowded and the lifts in the block we stayed in did not work. The parking was quite difficult to find and we had to park almost 800 m away from the property on both days we stayed at the hotel

The lunch at the restaurant by the stage was amazing. The staff were brilliant. Very clean

This didn’t live up to a four star hotel. No bathroom toiletries, no tea, coffee or water in the room. The aircon didn’t work properly, if even at all. The hot tub kept having an error code and losing water. The furniture was very dated and broken. The water bubble broke and had to be replaced. The evening entertainment ended too soon and there was only one bar to sit at in the evening.

The staff was super nice, always going above to help you. The beach was amazing, the food was okay, and the drinks were also good.

The food was too repetitive. Always the same buffet, no restaurant options (like Asian, Mexican, etc) They didn't offer a complimentary airport shuttle, you had to pay for it and reserve it 48hours earlier (which is weird in 4 stars hotels!) They also didn't offer any beach chairs for their guests, despite being "in front of the beach." Communication was slow.

Location, food, layout with multiple restaurants, swimming pools, kids activities and evening programs - was quite awesome, would like to specially call out the immense efforts of the entertainment team who managed to keep the kids engrossed with multiple activities, even going out of the usual to celebrate the birthday of my daughter, thank you!! Another impressive feature was how digitally connected this place was, all you had to have was a rfid bracelet and you could open doors, pay for any food or drink and also swim in the sea with it 🙂 - very convenient 🙂

More a suggestion - There are a lot of things going on and lots of options, there is an app, but there could be a bit more instructions at check in on the importance of the app or more pointers on how to find your way

Staff could have been more friendly including the entertaining team. Cleaning and towels could have been done every day. Rooms are very noisy and aircon didn't work.

We choose zafiro because of the location. Cala mesquida is absolutely amazing. For us the perfect beach for a couple or for a family with kids. No waves, clean water, looks Caribbean. The hotel is huge, a lot and nice pools, prepared for kids, i like the fact that has vegetation as a decoration. The room is nice.

The room was not well clean when we arrived, sand on the floor, the next days the bed not well made,, the sheets were tight. For a 4 star, only a shampoo/body gel. Nothing to wash the hands. They just offer one bottle of water as a welcome drink, in the next days no water, coffe, tea.. nothing. One night we would like to buy water, no room service or a machine where we can buy it. We came with breakfast and dinner, the food not good. Low quality and alternatives. The fruit and salads dry... seams that they cutted at the day before. We came 4 night, two times same fish and meat. Almost no flavor. We ask for a late check out, they ask us 12,50 euros when they have nobody arriving that day.

Beautiful place near a beautiful beach. A lot of swimming pools and good entertainment for children. Very friendly and kind staff.

If you reserve the hotel room without meals included, it is very difficult to eat at the restaurants in the hotel and nearby. You need to reserve at least 1 day in advance.

we had a penthouse and hot tub on roof. Absolutely amazing view of the sea!!!
