Service non digne d’un Hilton. Un manque de flexibilité et de bienveillance de la part du personnel qui semble à bout de souffle ! Aucune demande n’est satisfaite, surtout pour une personne seule enceinte avec deux enfants en bas âge. Les transats de la piscine sont avec min de consommation, horaires piscine non respectés. Par contre horaires petit déjeuner inflexibles à la minute prêt…

Stinky room, pool was a but overpriced for not having a live dj. Ice maker did not work. Elevator control system was annoying.

La salle de fitness a du matériel défectueux, pas de linge, pas de serviettes pour nettoyer les machines, présence de mineurs non accompagnés qui viennent faire du sport en maillot de bains et à pieds nus. Honteux. On s'est fait insulté par du personnel parce que ma fille (13ans) mangeait un sandwich, acheté au centre commercial d'à côté, sur leur terrasse... Ouah !!

1) when checking in and out was promised complimentary parking (reasonable since i spent quite a lot) and then when leaving everyone pretended that they dont know what im talking about.. that was quite sad, since i was already late for airport. If i needed to pay at first place, could ve just said that, not pretending to be extra friendly and then just making a scene 2) took weeks to get the reseved money back, which by accident was taken more than supposed to be and numerous phone calls to get the PROMISED invoices sent to me

Room service zéro on passe commande qui arrivera jamais et problème à la piscine pour les transats pour réserver faut payer mais en même pas payants sur une liste d attente n importe quoi très mal organisé surtout quand le coca est déjà à 6€ pas de surveillant piscine et restaurant dans l hôtel petite carte menu en plus avec les enfants faut pas faire de bruit on croirait une église pfff

Beautiful spacious modern and comfortable besides the good location near the beach and everything , didn't expect it to be so nice , staff is nice and near a shopping mall and a kid friendly places .

Tesiste personel güleryüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Odalar çok temizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfesi güzeldi. Çocuk bölümü bile vardı. Havuzda şezlonglar ve havlu ücretsizdi. Havuz bölümünde de herşey çok temizdi ve personel çok iyiydi. Asansörler ile ilgili kötü yorumlar okumuştum ama asansörlerde hiçbir sıkıntı olmadığı gibi 16. Kattaki odamıza hızlı bir şekilde ulaştık her zaman. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otel konum olarak denize yakın. Denize yürüme mesafesindedir. Otelin karşısındaki avm den ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayabildik. Avm’nin arka tarafında bulunan metro istasyonu ile kısa sürede turistik yerlere ve meşhur caddelere ulaşabildik. Çok keyifli ve güzel bir deneyim oldu.

Havuz başında yiyecek ve içecekler normale göre biraz daha pahalı.

Large pool, close to beach.

Very late check-in time of 4pm and then rooms not actually ready until almost 5pm which was completely unacceptable. Rooms have had some modern furniture put into dated rooms. Could do with a refresh.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

l’accès à la piscine pour les clients de l’hôtel doit être prioritaire et gratuit hors qu’en plus du prix de la nuitée il faut débourser une bonne somme d’argent pour avoir un relax en face de la piscine

Unfortunately the trip and great hotel has been overshadowed by the fact I paid €100 security deposit and told this would be returned upon checkout, I have now checked out over 2 weeks ago and still chasing this money, hotel saying they have processed it but yet to receive it. Bank advise nothing pending.

The Breakfast buffet was amazing! The options especially the smoothie bar, eggs and cakes were great. The coffee from the coffee machine on the other hand was really good ;) The Purobeach was amazing and the staff were really professional. We also tried the Aürt Michelin Restaurant.

Ascensor muy lento, toca bajar x las escaleras constantemente. El desayuno arranca muy tarde, y perdimos la plata del desayuno, nos fuimos antes de las 7 am y no habían abierto el comedor.

Location of the hotel is very good and allows for a fabulous walk along the promenade 😊 Hotel staff are very helpful at the reception to facilitate late check out for later flight and hotel concierge for help with bags to taxi… much appreciated thank you 👏👏
