The apartment is nice. It is a 30 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, lots of metro stations nearby. The restaurants in the neighborhood are pretty good, especially for breakfast and coffee. The wifi is super fast and great for WFH. The host was flexible on check-out and held my bags prior to check in, which I really appreciated.

The cost of course is ridiculously expensive, but it is Barcelona so everything is expensive. There's not much you can do about that, you're just looking for the least awful shade of expensive. Still, it is a nice place.

O anfitrião deixou o apartamento aberto com as chaves dentro. Foi fácil e permitiram que a gente entrasse até mesmo antes da hora combinada. Foram muito gentis.

Talvez o único que tenha agradado menos é que a estação de metro mais perto eram 15 minutos andando. Mas mesmo assim, muito fácil e bem localizado.

Pau is a great host, helping us with everything that we needed. The apartment was clean and nice, close to the metro/bus stations, near the beach and the city center.

Location was fine and facilities as described. However the decor was a bit tired and could do with redecoration. Skirting boards chipped etc. Single room VERY small with no window. I would rather have used the sofa bed. Also a duvet would have been nice rather than just a bed throw. However, we were only there one night and it was very reasonably priced. Pau always responded very quickly. Lift was amazing & we were very glad it was there as the apartment is on the top floor!

The apartment decor needs some attention. The folding door to the single room was damaged. Also, there is no socket near the bed in the single room. Beds only had a cover - no duvets or blankets but they were comfortable.

The radiators were loud.

Good location, large apartment, decent value for money

Very noisy with people using the lift at night. The apartment smelled of smoke. The second "bedroom" is tiny with a very small single bed
