Zimmer etwas eng. Sehr gute Aussicht. Altstadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück, unbedingt den Cappuccino an der Bar zubereiten lassen, einfach gut. Freundliches Personal.

Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Für Essen und Service nur eine von 10 Mikrowellen.

It was a convenient location

The room looked nothing like the photos, it was tiny and cramped. It was a really cold day but I only had a thin blanket and they said they had switched the heating off so I could not even heat up the room. It was quite noisy and cold, the restaurant wasn’t open so it was hard to get food and I don’t think the staff were as accommodating as I would have hoped

Located a few meters from entrance to old town, very convenient

This was an overall good hotel, friendly helpful staff and good value.

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around the city and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, the views outstanding. The breakfast was excellent too. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, quick to help and speak English.

Great location. Near to a paid parking. But you have special fare as you are accommodated to hotel Jolie. They will give you all needed details at the hotel. Room was nice. had a big balcony.

I've much appreciated the position and the food at the restaurant. Personnel really available and pretty.

I've asked for the safe barrier for the bunk bed since it was not present at the arrival. Personnel were in any case available to find solution.

Hotel is in an OK location but there are more closer to the old town. Staff not very friendly. Air conditioning was good once on. The ladies at breakfast were a delight and breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Staff not very friendly. We had to call reception a few times to get the air-conditioning to work as they control it at reception. Room was OK but not a lot of places to store things. We had one of the most uncomfortable beds ever and the pillows were like foam bricks, super thin and so hard, I don't know what they were made of and I never want to see them ever again!

Hotel Joli was a wonderful hotel. They gave a beautiful view out the window. The hotel also has discount parking in the town. Everything was very good at the hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was in order and all the items worked well. The staff was pleasant and helpful in all situations we had.

There were no problems and all was good.

First of all, we arrived in the morning and they let us check in anyway. Really good localization, staff friendly, a lot of ammenities (flip flops included) and the breakfast was super complete, big variety, maybe some veggies missing, but it was perfect anyway.

A bit messy AC control as any time you put energy on, it starts working. But overall, everything was perfect

Worst bed/matracess we have ever sleep on (200+ 2-5 star hotels), balcony door without rubber sealing that clapped all nigth, aircondition not working, outdated bathroom... Worst night of our lives, woke up more tired than lied down. Felt like they should pay us for trouble

The view from our rom was incredible. We stayed in February so on the mountains looking out you could still see snow. The location was perfect, easy to walk through the whole city of San Marino and see all the sights. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. There are a few parking lots very close by which is very convenient.

The bed was not the most comfortable. It was very firm and hard. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible because that helped a lot.

Practical location: close to the bus terminal and a short walk away from the old town. The staff was friendly to accommodate me - I reserved a really small room (and paid an accordingly low price), but they let me work in the hall with a nice seating area next to the bar, even at very late hours. Also, when checking out early, the elderly gentleman on duty let me have a small breakfast before they actually open the breakfast room. Nice!

The room was really quite small, but I knew this in advance and benefited from a lower price than that for most rooms in the hotel. Fair enough.
