Villa on Golf Course with Heated Saltwater Pool
Profitez de vos vacances dans cette maison de piscine nouvellement décorée sur le parcours de golf de Flamingo Island à Lely Resort. Pendant les mois d’hiver, quand il est presque impossible de trouver une location à court terme à Naples, cette maison est disponible du samedi au samedi pour une ou deux semaines maximum.
La piscine et le patio font face au sud-est. Cela vous permet de profiter du beau soleil du matin, mais en fin d’après-midi, vous aurez un endroit ombragé pour faire un barbecue sur le gril à gaz et manger sur le patio. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons également un bain à remous et un réfrigérateur à vin. Nul besoin de balayer des mouches, la piscine et la véranda sont couvertes d’écrans.
La cuisine récemment rénovée est parfaite pour les repas gastronomiques, les plats à emporter ou le mélange de boissons à savourer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse couverte tout en regardant les enfants dans la piscine ou les golfeurs bons et mauvais coups.
Divertissez vos invités dans le salon au plafond cathédrale pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Regardez le match sur la télévision du salon ou divisez-vous en regardant la télévision dans la pièce / chambre 3.
La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes à la table avec des tabourets de bar supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon et la salle à manger donnent tous deux sur la piscine, le bain à remous et le parcours de golf.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size à réglage individuel, d'une télévision, d'un accès à la piscine et au patio, ainsi que d'une salle de bains principale récemment rénovée.
La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et partage une belle nouvelle salle de bain avec le den / 3ème chambre qui a deux lits gigognes. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision.
Une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, des étagères suspendues, un fer et une planche et un garage pour 2 voitures complètent ce bien. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons 2 vélos, un parasol et des chaises de sable dans le garage. Faites comme chez vous et profitez de ce petit bijou.

My family did not want to leave at the end of our 2 week stay. Home was perfect, clean well decorated. Property manager was outstanding on a Sunday when we had a small issue with the pool filter. We would definitely return for another stay. We highly recommend this property. The Naples, Marco area is always a joy to visit.

Of all of the property rentals I've stayed in, this was by far the best (and my entire family agrees). The house was beautiful and well appointed - it didn't feel like a short term rental - it felt like home. It was absolutely spotless. The pool was well maintained and my children adored it. Communication with Katy as well as the local manager Peter was always quick and they were super accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed in Naples many times. This was by far the best accommodation we have had. The house was beautifully presented and oozes calm and charm. There was a room which I was able to use as an office, set up with a printer, which was a huge boon given I had an unexpected work crisis. Everything was so relaxed with the property manager anxious to emphasise that we were not to fuss about cleaning up before we left - that was his job! And as a special bonus we arrived to find the kitchen already stocked with staples like teas/coffees, basic condiments etc so that saved us a lot of hassle too.
Just a gorgeous place and we would highly recommend it.

This is a lovely property and exactly how it is described in the listing. We loved all the touches that made it feel like a home. It comes equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including bikes and beach equipment. The communication with both the host before our stay and the property manager on site was fantastic. We had a small problem with the pool on arrival, which was sorted quickly and easily with good communication. As a family visiting from outside the USA, the property really was a home from home and we had a fantastic holiday.

We returned to Katy’s house for a second time and did not regret it. Everything was as we remembered, with the addition of a new kitchen. It is very well furnished and the bed and bedding is spotlessly clean and of good quality. Katy supplies copious amounts of kitchen and bathroom products. The check out time is 10am, similar to equivalent rentals but Katy designed the check out procedure to suit the renter rather than the cleaning company. No need for crack of dawn stripping of beds and numerous wash loads before 10am. With a long journey ahead home to Scotland, that was much appreciated. We had an unfortunate problem with the pool but that was quickly attended to by the very conscientious property manager Peter, who did everything possible to resolve the matter and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We certainly did.

The house is lovely and neighborhood so quiet and friendly. We’ve never stayed in a rental that provides so much! I always bring my own paper products, laundry products etc. but it was all provided for us as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner! We had 2 small issues but they had more to do with our lack of knowledge than an actual problem. The property manager, Peter, came over quickly both times and showed us how to work things. Thank you for offering this wonderful vacation home as a rental. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Our 3 week stay at this property in November 2023 was great. House is well equipped with everything you need. Loved the salt water pool and the 4 TV sets with full cable access. It's a great location that is 5 minutes away from restaurants, a Publix grocery store and other retail stores. Would definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely home. A new kitchen, which was great to work in. Her towels are the thickest we've ever seen! Decor is tasteful. Many, many extras, which are too numerous to go through. In the future we will always check if this property is available.

Well let me say first off thank you to the home owners. This is an AWSOME home we stayed at this week. Great communication with the property manager for one little non major issue. When you first walk in, you can see this home is taken care of and is well maintained . There was an abundance and towels for the pool and towels for personal hygiene and additional items in the kitchen. The house is very clean from the frig to the bathrooms. The bedrooms were large enough for both parties. This home is a place we will be looking to stay at in future trips to FL. I’m not a review person but I must give credit were credit is due.

We had an absolute blast at this house!! It’s very clean and everything you could imagine and more!! We used the bikes just about every night and took some long bike rides!! The Naples pier and tiger tail beach on Marco island are only 20-30 mins away from the house! In a great location!

Everything was as detailed on VRBO but better in reality. Over our 2 week stay, nothing could have been improved upon in any aspect of the home. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Shopping and dining all close by.

We had absolutely no problems with our stay at this lovely property. Minor issues when entering the home, but garage entry made life easy.
We have visited Florida many times, and found that this villa was better equipped than any others., it was wonderful not to spend hours sourcing and purchasing the basic requirements of life, from coffee to body wash.
The location was not only convenient, but absolutely beautiful.
We rate this property extremely highly, and truly recommend it. It’s one of the best we have ever rented.

This was the 4th house we had rented on Lely Estate and by far the best. Everything is of good quality, in great working order and overall is very well maintained. It’s obviously a much loved holiday home and not just a rental property. Excellent communication with the owner. Icing in the cake is the simplest leaving day procedure we have experienced to date. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for 2024.

Beautiful private home in a lovely residential neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate villa! Finely appointed with every creature comfort and amenity provided, right down to beach towels and chairs! The private screened in pool and patio area are gorgeous, and we made good use of them!

The house is very thoughtfully done. stocked with everything you need in the bathrooms, kitchen, pool and beach toys. We used the bikes, too! House is very roomy for a family of 5. Comfortable beds, perfect outdoor patio. Loved the salt water pool—the kids didn’t want to leave it! The house is about 20min from the marco island beaches, great parks/playgrounds, the zoo. corkscrew sanctuary was a little farther but worth the trip. Thank you for all the care you put in your house, it really made it easy to relax and have fun!

Spent 9 days with another couple and had the best time. The house was perfect, the bedrooms were private and the common areas were homey and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, movies, golf, restaurants and most importantly perfect weather. The house had everything we needed, would rent this home again, really appreciated seeing the cupboards stocked with basics and there was even some beer and wine in the fridge.

This home is beautiful! We had to chose quickly, because our timeshare in Sanibel was destroyed. We wanted a washer and dryer so we would not have to pack so much. We are thinking of using this home again if it can be arranged. We did not use many of its great features, because we shell the local islands almost daily. The kitchen was beautiful, living area and bedrooms were really comfortable. It is close to grocery, drug, and gas stores. It took us only about 20 minutes to get to Goodland Marina.

Wonderful property
Love this property. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach and shopping. We made good use of the pool and hot tub and it even has a grill outside for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to all my email.
