Good location for the an early flight from Brest airport. Clean, functional and easy to find and park. I didnt stay long so cant comment more on facilties

Location was OK but not great. Our window was seeing on an outside wall at approx. 1 meter only.

The room was not cleaned after our 1st night. Breakfast was poor e.g. no black tea available and oranges were decaying.

the response of the people on any enquiry was immediate and productive. Do not try to solve problems by yourself. the staff is there open for solutions.

the weather was auffull and due to the wind, there was noise in the room by the strong wind of the storm

Internet didn't work for one week, i did stay 8 day last day net was fixed. Room got cleaned no towels, no shampoo refill and had sign do not disturb up but cleaning crew manager just came in ..no knocking or any. Also staff is paranoid regarding smoking. i do smoke out side on designated area, but the looks of there staff was not appreciated

The parking, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. None of our party used the gym or had lunch/dinner but breakfast was nice. Rooms are small but very well laid out and equipped. Very easy to get to, near a main traffic artery and a short into town but all guests in our party found their rooms quiet and comfortable.

Electric car charger was temperamental but there was a fast charger very nearby. The room key cards also stopped working and had to be reset which the staff did very graciously.

Wellness area too small . To get to it you walk through an open corridor in view of restaurant and reception area. Saw a customer in a bathrobe turn back .

Excellent location to the airport. We did not have breakfast because of an early flight.

the stay was booked with half board. The first thing I was told on Sunday when I arrived was that the restaurant was closed every weekend. Why not let me know when I booked several months ago. Was first presented with a bill that was approx. 80 euros more than the actual price

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Dinner was also nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ok, a little way out of the centre.

Tea and coffee making facilities didn’t cater for English customers who prefer tea with milk. A kettle would be better for making tea than trying to use a coffee machine that needs pods. No milk provided either. Had to ask for some and then only given two little sachets which were needed to make one cup. A fridge in the room would be useful.

The girls at the reception, they are so nice and accommodating, always with a smile and kind words, even during tense moments. They have a great sense of customer service.

Erwan. He could be more customer oriented. Overall hotel price: too expensive for being so far from the centre. Even though its a chain and the quality standards must be maintained, the price isn't justified. Food prices: overrated for the quality and quantity you get in return. The mattress: too soft, we had back pain during the night. The TV didn't work properly. Toiletteries: nothing in the room. Nothing.

Very convenient hotel just outside Brest. Our family room was made of two rooms separated with a small corridor. Just perfect with two bathrooms and a lot of space. Breakfast simply deliciously with a lot of choices. Free parking All in all very good value for money

It's a good option if you travel by car. Parking on-site.

Location on the outskirts, but parking was more important for us.
