Découvrez Laguna Beach, en Floride! Juste à l'ouest de Panama City Beach, notre condo de maison de ville relaxant est à l'extrémité calme de la plage où vous trouverez des miles de plages peu fréquentées! Il peut accueillir six personnes confortablement dans deux chambres. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain et il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain au premier étage. Nous apprécions vraiment la douche extérieure fermée où vous pourrez vous rincer après une belle journée sur la plage. La cuisine complète a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et la salle à manger et le salon ouverts sont très spacieux et décorés dans un style de plage coloré.
Situé à environ 100 mètres de la plage (de l'autre côté de la rue et 2 maisons en arrière), vous pouvez profiter de la vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le balcon à l'étage. Les deux passerelles d'accès à la plage publique vous mènent à l'une des plus belles plages du monde! Nous n'avons pas de piscine, mais qui a besoin d'une piscine quand vous avez les eaux cristallines du golfe.

«Nous avons loué ce condo pendant 6-7 ans de suite. Il est en excellent état et à quelques pas de la plage. Il est proche de nombreuses attractions et idéalement situé à proximité d'une grande épicerie Winn Dixie. Les propriétaires sont des gens merveilleux et je suis convaincu que vous passerez les vacances de votre vie.

C'est une courte promenade sur Front Beach Rd .. Nous recommanderions certainement cela à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes!

This property was the best beach house I've ever stayed at! I couldn't ask for anything better! From the location, to the cleanliness, the cuteness of decorations, to the size of the home, everything was perfect!!

Clean, spacious, and just like home, it has everything you need and then some. Beach is ridiculously close and absolutely beautiful. Neighborhood is family friendly and nearby PCB and all of its amenities. Looking forward to our next trip!

Really cute layout. I personally would have hade the single bed in room with balcony. I counted 100 steps to the beach, that was a bonus being so close.

Very clean and had everything we needed! I’ve never stayed at a house where we didn’t have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, and laundry soap. Everything was there that we needed so that was nice and convenient. The walk to the beach was very short!

Enjoyed our stay! Family of 4 with 2 teens. Loved closeness to beach. Outdoor shower to wash off sand was great. Liked that there was a bathroom in each bedroom (very convenient).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, well-stocked, and looks just like the pictures. It’s literally 100 yards from the beach and the beach itself is beautiful. Grocery stores and gas stations are close by. But if you like to go out to dinner, you may want to venture a little further. Not a lot of options close by. But it’s a small price to pay not to be in the middle of the chaos of PCB! We like being at the end of town and would happily stay here again. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags etc which I really appreciated. Lots of rentals are very stingy with supplies!
We will be coming back to stay here next year!

Nice townhouse
A short walk to the beach, located in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the small backyard area, as well as the 2nd floor balcony. We had everything we needed for our family of 3 adults. Plan to visit here again!

We had everything we needed at this townhome! Plenty of space for sleeping, eating, cooking or just relaxing on the patio or balcony. Easy access to the beach, shopping and dining.

Quick & easy beach access.
Loved how close we were to the beautiful beach, It was a short 3 minute walk. Laguna Beach is perfect if your looking for a family friendly environment. Close to all the restaurants, shops, & Pier Park. We loved it & will definitely be going back.

Great condo/ location
It's in a great location- approx 3 miles from pier park and a very short walk to beautiful laguna beach. We didn't know spring break was still going on so it was good to be away from all the mayhem. Condo was clean, fully stocked and just like pics. Definitely stay here again!!

Excellent property!
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here. Everything was as listed. It was very comfy, clean and the location was perfect! Nice quiet area with an outdoor shower that was perfect for rinsing off after a day on the emerald coast! Will be back!

Excellent getaway
The property is right across the street from the beach-just a short walk. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved the outside shower to get the sand off!! Perfect clincher for a great place to stay!

Wonderful little gem, just outside of PCB
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located in Laguana Beach, just outside of the rush if PCB it was perfect for crossing the road with our small children. With no hotels around close there was room to move around on the beach. The outdoor shower was a first experience for me, and it is a perk I will look for with future bookings. I HATE sand on the floor and in my stuff so it was a great addition to a wonderful getaway.

Much needed work break!
My bff and I just returned from our little beach escape and really enjoyed staying at this townhome. Very clean, cute, quiet and close to the beach! Would love to stay again!

This was a fantastic getaway weekend for our family, especially during a pandemic where we wanted to avoid crowds. The townhouse has some age on it, but has been very well kept. I especially appreciated the convenience of the outdoor shower, as well as the well-stocked supply of beach items- chairs, goggles, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals, plus some. The location was close enough to the beach that we just walked back for lunch and dinner. The beds were very comfortable. The house was big enough for us to all spread out or be together in the living room. We intend to come back next time!

COVID cancellation
Due to the raising numbers in Florida we needed to cancel our reservation at last minute. Property manager very understanding gave full refund. Very pleased will remember this property when we plan another trip.

Summer 2020
The location of this property couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the Panama City Beach strip or the Bay. We enjoyed being able to hang out in the large living area and cooking out on the back patio when we didn’t want to go out to eat. Great experience and would love to visit again one day!

Family friendly
The townhouse was clean and close to the beach. We have always stayed at a condo but with what is going on now with Covid, we wanted to stay somewhere where we can still social distance from everyone. The place was very close to the beach entrance. A very short walk down the street. No issues with the neighbors. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our tropical stay!
We loved our stay at this adorable beach house! I brought my girlfriend, my 7 year old boy, and my sister, and we had more than enough room! I think the best part was being so close to the beach...It’s just a 2 min walk! We are grateful for such a fun experience, and we hope be back soon!

This property is great a great value for families. Has a like home stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking for a large family. Walk to the beach, pier park is just a few miles down. Host is great to work with! Highly recommended for the value and location.
