We've stayed here before and like the location, but on our last visit we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the apartment which was a bit tired-looking and with a not very comfortable bed. This time we were in one of the refurbished apartments and liked it much better. Although there is already some wear and tear it was generally much more attractive and the bed was great. It's good that parking is available on site, although you do have to pay extra for that.
The wifi went down on our floor one day and took some time to be fixed, but the staff were really helpful in trying to find a solution as quickly as possible and the manager, Annette, even offered to go out and buy a dongle (we refused the offer but were grateful for the gesture) as well as offering an apartment change. We decided to wait till the next day to see if that proved necessary but luckily the problem was resolved by then.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great pub across the lane, but be aware very lively on a Saturday night particularly when its a home game.
The apartment was very spacious but it is in need of an update, particularly the bathrooms. Also the lighting could be brightened as it felt very gloomy.Access in and out of the carpark is tricky.

Excellent location. 5 minutes from the train station. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Comfortable, clean, spacious apartment. Friendly reception. A home from home.
The outside of the apartment is undergoing renovation and workmen sometimes had to do some drilling. It was not all the time and never before 9 or after 4. It did make the outside appearance look like a building site though. However as we were out all day it was not an issue and the apartment facilities were excellent. I would have given a 10 but for this.

Outside noise during the night - shouting and rowdiness after pubs closed, glass bins getting emptied loudly at dawn.

Well-located, decently-sized apt (with lounge & kitchen/diner) - Ten minutes or so walk into the centre of the city. Friendly staff/reception. Private car-park available (at additional cost)
Unclear where parking entrance was when route-planning. (For others, basically, the Just Park location at "X99J+X2 Newcastle upon Tyne" then call reception to open gate.)
Outside of the building being refurbished, hence scaffolding/builders working immediately outside the windows! Unfortunate, but did wonder if it had been considered/if there'd been an option when allocating apt - no mention made when checking in...

Excellent value for money overall a good experience
overall a little tatty, stain on couch and one sofa covering zip was broken, microwave not cleaned properly, shower head in en suite ? broken. Mattress too small for bed base which was a little strange, but comfy .There are works going on to the exterior of the building currently that are noisy

Absolutely mind-blowing! A great place to stay if you're travelling with family. We had four people and the place perfectly suited our purpose. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room next to a modern kitchen! Quite central location with walkable distance to the railway station.

Very clean, warm and roomy, staff very friendly. TV has Freeview only but we took a HDMI cable to connect our laptop to it so we could watch Netflix etc. Plenty of sockets about but maybe take an extension lead with you. Washing machine not a dryer too but dried clothes on radiators. Beds very comfy.
Windows drafty unless you shut the curtains and you can hear noise from people using the walkway near the pub at night. Didn't bother us too much but may annoy others.

The apartment was as described, and pictured also cosy and clean. There was no one at reception because it was Christmas day but the check in instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Annette was very helpful with check in and departure.
Location is fantastic, only 10 mins walk to the centre. We would happily come back.
Soundproofing could be improved - too easy to hear drunken party goers outside with all windows shut at 3 am!!

beautifully clean, well equipped and centrally located. having 2 bedrooms was diesel for our little group.
only one thing - not enough light in the kitchen area. just 2 ceiling downlights. we had to move a small desktop lamp.

The location was great and easy to go places, the staffs were very helpful, and welcoming, and we've got everything we needed in our room.

Great apartment, roomy, clean and close to shopping centre and also near train station.
Two ladies at reception were very helpful and helped out with a few questions we had about the area.
Front apartment and as a light sleeper the noise throughout the night from young people partying and talking /shouting kept me awake . Would certainly not let that put me off for future booking .
Parking in the underground car park was quite tight to get in and out
