It was close to shops and stations.

It wasn't very clean and was very noisy throughout the night by staff walking and talking through the hallways, didn't sleep at all.

it was absolutely filthy and nothing at all like the pictures. I wouldn’t have even stayed here but I couldn’t get a refund so me and my 12 year old sim had to spend a night here we both felt grubby and needed a shower when we left. i definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The last time the room saw cleaning was probably when the hotel was opened. The shower was properly disgusting hair everywhere, with no shampoo or soap in sight. The room was cold. Everything that you can see or touch was broken or damaged in some way. Wifi was not working.We got woken up at 3am from a burning plastic smell, I went to reception to ask what was happening because we were starting to get dizzy, and he said one of the guests tried to use the microwave, and it caught fire oh and I forgot to mention WE WERE THE ONLY 2 ROOMS IN THE WHOLE HOTEL so that was a lie. I hope no one ever has the need to get a room here. You will be better off sleeping in your car or probably the street. 😬

Broken mattress springs. Poor cleaning in general. Very bad and broken curtains. Bed linen too short for the mattress size. No breakfast served.

False advertising.. Discusting bedroom units. Needs a massive revamp. Perhaps booking.com should send their boss to stay here..instead of ripping its customers off..

Easy assessable to underground, ample parking and open access to building 24/7. Good size room.

Tired and run down property, in much need of a good clean and refurbishment especially bathroom and bedroom furnishings. The mattresses didn't even fit the bed properly

The carpet is dirty, toilet is small. We found a bedbug on the bed. That's terrible experience! Hope you can improve for next customer.

the staff were friendly on arrival and were able to check in before 2pm with our luggage. it was in a great location, close to the underground.

the shower didn’t work and the bathroom was very old. the beds weren’t very comfy and the pillows were not good.

Terrible stay for summer months room easily reached 50 degrees, windows barely open and a small fan provided, dirty table and windows

Not suitable to stay in this hotel during summer, the windows don't open much and it is badly insulated so that means inside the room is 50 degrees when outside is 30 degrees, they only have one fan and is not enough. Room needs to be cleaned better specially the desk area, windows are dusty . Guests were sleeping in their cars or going out very often because the rooms were just horribly hot. They should as well clean outside the property door and their car park that has mountains of garbage everywhere.
