I liked the meals, beer, and white wine. Four swimming pools, two for kids, and waterslides. Good location, not far from the center, Lindos, and the airport. A lot of food and drinks during the day. Parking is free. The gravel beach is near, it's about 5 minute walk if you need a sand beach it's in 10-minute driving.

Only one key for the room, that's very uncomfortable. The fridge was very nosy and the staff did nothing with it. The couch wasn't comfortable for sleeping. The kid's animation program was very poor, and not recommended if you need it.

Room itself was very spacious and clean, large private pool. Food was quite good.

The pool at the room was not very clean, gym is super small and also not clean.

Very nice and calm location. Probably best place in Rhodes between Lindos and Rhodes. You can reach all interesting places within 30 minutes by car. Good choice of food in restaurant. Very friendly staff.

Some rooms or equipment would require urgent renovation or replacement. Fridge was louder than 30 years old diesel car. Cleaning service could be also better. Construction of the swing is old and was scared to see how it works with 2 small kids.

The two bedroom apartment with our own private pool was fantastic and just what we needed for our family of 5. Everything clean and Hygenic. The wine and water left in the room for us was a nice touch. Pools were excellent. Staff all really friendly. The fresh Gyros and crepes at lunch were lovely.

These are constructive feedback rather then complaints. Listing promised Bathrobes and slippers in the room but they weren't provided and the hotel had no knowledge of such things Food repetitive each day at breakfast and lunch. Also to get any kind of dessert (other than crepes at the Grill bar) you have to get them from the Pattiserie snack bar seperate from the dining room. Fine but it was rarely manned. Had to find someone to serve us. The Inclusive soft drinks were very watery. Maid service needs a little refinement. The lady was always lovely but daily she was at the door around 0830 - 0900 and we'd have to say "later" as some of us would still be in bed or not ready. You'd think after 2 - 3 days it might be realised we don't leave the room until after this time. Perhaps a "do not disturb" sign might be an idea for each room. To be fair she always came back to service the room but random things would be left out like a cover sheet on a bed.

Best was Radi at the poolbar, made people comfortable by chatting and cheering them up, giving great tips and being s pleasant person all around.

Sign missing if you didn't want cleaning. Would be good to have it. It was end of season so it wasn't overly crowded. Animation team did their best to entertain people but people were a bit unwilling 😅

We were in this Delfinia resort two time in this year and were very satisfied. Our room was clean, purposely furnished and had comfortable beed. Al inclusive offer is very rich, food-cold and hot is very tasty. I think, that everyone can choose. Rich is also a choose fruits , vegitable, desserts and ice creem. Staff is willing and helpful. To the beach behind hotel Lutania je 500 m far, but I think that everyone likes to walk after a hearty meal.

Great location. Variety of food options available daily. gyros everyday for lunch made fresh.

Very good food,the hotel very friendly and smile staff and all the hotel very clean. Raddy waiters of Bar very thoughtful and friendly. For kids its very good place to stay and relax.The end of the day a big party from Italian DJ is very good entertainer.

Fantastic stay. All the staff were helpful and polite and we had a tremendous stay for 10 days, would recommend the property to anyone. We even had an issue with a leaky roof, was resolved within 24 hours and did not impact our holiday one bit, the kids club of a night time could be a little longer but that’s the only thing I could pick out. But yer the staff really make this place

staff was so friendly and helpful they upgraded our room without extra charge, the room cleanliness and size was great, wide variety of of delicious food, service was excellent, highly recommended 👍🏻

We loved the staff, Radi, Ervin, Kevin and Alexander were so friendly and made the stay quite enjoyable. The entertainment every night was also fun although very loud. The buffet was ok for the price too, we ate out sometimes too. We had a private pool luckily as people reserve the sunbeds from 7am. The slides are also fun. Overall a fun stay.

It's a bit outdated and the towels smell a bit. The bathroom cabinet was falling apart as the shower leaked out and caused water damage. The pool also gave my son incredibly itchy red eyes, not sure if it was the chlorine tablets they use.

The food was really tasty and plentiful. The location was great for catching the bus to Tsampika beach and Rhodes Town (bus stop K13 - walk past the next hotel and turn right). Christian who runs the entertainment is a lovely guy who is always happy to have a chat and is always cheerful. my 7 year old daughter enjoyed the mini disco.

It was quite hard to find a table at meal times and the food hall is quite chaotic, other AI we have been to have given us a time slot and that has worked well. We had a family room 1 double and 3 singles for children, my son is 12 and 5ft 7 and was too tall for the children’s bed. The bathroom was very small and you have to close the door to use the sink. Also, the bathroom could have done with a better clean, it was a bit dirty in the corners. I’d definitely say this is no more than a 3* - but we didn’t pay loads and I think we got what we paid for.

poor organisation of clubs and activities, lots of them did not run at all. menu could also be better, different from what advertised on screen menu, no dairy free options for ice cream, a sorbet could be very easy to add

On arrival we weren’t given any info regarding meal times or activities. Our room key didn’t work and we had to go back for the the safe key. Hotel room was decent size but very dirty with old dirty towels and bed linings. Advertised as a 4* but it’s more like a 2/3* Staff genuinely very nice apart from the very rude man on grill/crepes who made me and my children feel awkward asking him for anything. He never smiled and slammed the plates of food down in front of our faces. During our stay he asked me what I wanted and as I went to answer he put his back to me and walked away. Really let the place down. The food was okay but often quite repetitive even with different themed meals. It was a bit like eating Weatherspoons (okay but not all the time). Before we chose this hotel we read lots of reviews about the wonderful staff (especially behind the bar) but on arrival it was evident that the hotel was really short staffed and there was only one staff member on bar during our 10 day stay. Helpful hints… this hotel is not as close to the beach as it appears so if like us you have young children and want to be nearer the beach, choose one a bit closer. Definitely visit Rodos old town - there’s a bus that takes you there for just €4 each! There are amazing places to eat including the restaurant on the cove beach. We had high hopes and a bit gutted this place didn’t meet our expectations but as I’m constantly reminded “ You get what you pay for “ 🤷‍♀️

More entertainment, especially during the day.

The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Good variety of food. Entertainment was a bonus as we are aware a lot of hotels in locality didn't have this.

The WiFi was very patchy. We were in some bigger hotels nearby and they had no issue accommodating the volume of usage.

Very clean, and the food was pretty good, fresh and plentiful. We had a spacious room with a shared pool which was fantastic. The location is walking distance from a really nice bay (Kolymbia) and a short drive to the fabulous Tsambika beach.

Noisy, busy and expensive for what it was. Many rooms are close to the entertainment area where guests gather and make noise until the small hours. The main pool is crowded with very few sunbeds for the number of guests, and the lifeguard wouldn’t let my 7 year old son use the water slides (he can swim fine) so we gave it a miss. Some of the staff are quite grumpy. The drinks are not very good.

Staff very helpfull and friendly

Pool water was misty and by the relax pool there was cat poo. The food was basically the same every day plenty of it and well stocked but very similar every day. The entertainment was awful but the staff were cool just never had any equipment to use just a wireless speaker. The hotel was 80% polish only 4 English family's on site which was not that bad but a lot of the activities were delivererd around this. The room ac was far to small for the room size so didn't cool the room down. The car park was unsurfaced and was like off road driving. The staff were great but All entertainment (if any ) finished at 11 on the dot. Getting a sun bed was impossible unless u got up at 4am. NIGHT time porter was amazing and could do enough for you thank you Marcus the resort is really small and the beach is very rocky and stoney. I would not stay at this resort/hotel again. It was a good 15 minute walk from the beach.

We stayed in Delpinia in June 2022. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and varied, the roomservice was every day, the room (we stayed in family room) was fresh and spacious. The 5-7 minutes walk to the sea with a 5-year-old child. The beach is rocky, it is better to have special shoes, however the sea is crystal clear and magical! In hotel there are animation, a children's room and aqua slides, which make staying with a child at this hotel even more comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend it and we will definitely come back to this hotel, when visit Rhodes next time 😁
