Manuel is the best host I have ever met. Everything was organized perfect. We were offered with lavish reception and everyday breakfast with fresh bread and rolls. Location of villa outside rush area but with walking distance to nice restaurants. Late check out was not a problem. Swimming pool cleaned everyday.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The stunning beauty of the surroundings took our breath away as we stepped foot into our exquisite villa. The attention to detail in the design, the luxurious amenities, and the breathtaking views made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. But it was Manuel's exceptional kindness and dedication that truly made our stay extraordinary. His thoughtfulness was evident in every aspect of our experience. He anticipated our needs and desires, ensuring that every moment was filled with happiness and romance. From arranging a private candlelit dinner on the beach to surprising us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion, Manuel's personal touches were beyond compare. The proposal itself was an absolute dream come true. Manuel's expertise and knowledge of the area guided us to the most picturesque spot, where the sun kissed the ocean and the sky painted a canvas of vibrant hues. With his discreet assistance, everything was flawless, from the perfectly timed music to the scattering of rose petals that created an ethereal pathway for my fiancé. The overall ambiance of the 12 Island Villas was a tranquil haven that allowed us to connect deeply with one another. Every day was filled with laughter, adventure, and pure bliss.

The property was lovely and kept very clean, great for what we needed! The location is great for families who want to stop in a quiet resort & it is only a short walk from the beach. Couldn’t fault any of the restaurants near by, the food was fab! We were very well looked after and nothing was too much too ask, being able to order breakfast on the app for whenever you liked was brilliant. The bus to Rhodes town is only €4 which is well worth a visit!

we had a brilliant two week holiday at Villa Kalymnos. the Villa has 3 spacious & very comfortable bedrooms 2 modern shower rooms & a very well equipped kitchen it was great to have a private swimming pool & we used it a lot. There were plenty of sun beds & a nice terrace with dining table. Breakfast service was amazing & there was an excellent daily cleaning service. Location is good - bars, restaurants & the beach are within walking distance (15+ minutes) but would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay

the villa was absolutely fantastic. we had the pleasure of staying in one of the biggest Villas with 4 adults and 5 children. staff was extremely helpful and the villa with all its space and cleanliness was great. we didnt even have a car and could walk to restaurants, beach etc. location is quite and nice.
