Quarto confortável, tem um ótimo restaurante e uma padaria muito boa anexa ao hotel. O fato de ficar em frente ao mar é bem agradável.

Tudo. Atendimento excelente, da recepção a limpeza. Estrutura excelente, localização e café da manhã maravilhoso. Super indico.

Hotel bem localizado, frente para o mar, em uma rua pouco movimentada. Estado de conservação muito bom, aparelho de ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, excelente café-da-manhã. Sábado tem um almoço com feijoada e samba, vale muito a pena.

O chuveiro não disponibilizava água quente de forma suficiente. Como presumo que seja aquecido por energia solar, o boiler deve estar sub-dimensionado à demanda dos hóspedes. Apesar de em São Luis quase não fazer frio, fato é que se deixar para tomar banho muito tarde não vai encontrar água quente, o que pode gerar um desconforto.

Location and staff were great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast orange juice was great.

The breakfast was not excellent. Too many options but the quality of the food was not great. For example, too many bread options but most were dry. The fruit looked old. The cheese bread was good though.

The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood of São Luís.

Our room seemed a bit old-fashioned and not at the level of comfort we expect from a 4-star hotel. Based on the pictures on the website, it looks like there are much better rooms at the hotel, but we weren't lucky enough to get one of them.

The pool area was great but other guests staying at the hotel were smoking on their balconies that overlooked the pool. It’s not fun to swim with cigarette smoke constantly around you.

Price, pool, food, staff.

The staff was the best thing about the hotel. Everyone we interacted with were kind and provided good information about the hotel and the city.

Not having a covered parking lot. Since Sao Luiz is so hot, getting into the car in the morning or afternoon when leaving the hotel was like getting into a microwave oven.

Fantastic breakfast.... Staff were very friendly and helpful..... Close to the beach....

Parking was available, hard to find..... Lifts were a pain to work out, seems to be outdated.
