The location is hard to beat. Right above Tokyo station with ample access to cabs and the subway. Restaurants and shopping are also close by. Staff were quite helpful in booking restaurants for us and arranging for airport transfer.

The hotel doesn’t have a business center. The triple room was also quite cramped.

posizione ottima in quanto praticamente attaccata alla stazione Maronouchi si tratta di un business hotel camera pulita, molte amenities in bagno letti comodi

camera e bagno piccoli con poco spazio per le valigie (avevamo 4 trolley da cabina) arredo un po' datato (non ci sono ad esempio prese USB)

Beauté des lieux et gentillesse du personnel

Rien, mise à part la taille des chambre (Corner view), c'est limite lorsqu'on a 2 à 3 valises et du Shopping. 10ans que je viens dans cet hôtel et le service et la qualité sont toujours au top du top !

The location is just great! Right at one of the main entrances of the Tokyo station - Shinkansen platforms are reached within 5min walking - N’EX Narita express in 8min - right to all facilities of Tokyo stations including shopping and dining. Rooms with an outstanding view overlooking the train tracks of Tokyo station. Very good service and friendly personal! The hotel starts from the 27th floor up - great views over Tokyo!

There is nothing to dislike - that’s why I keep visiting this hotel over and over again. Don’t look any further! .

Location was great, hotel was clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were extremely helpful. The extra hour at checkout was very good.

Restaurant menu did not have much choice of Western options. Pillows on the bed 1 was lovely the other was a bit hard! No dressing gowns Pjs were a bit on the small size for us! Would have enjoyed a small pool or sauna.

Muy bien situado al lado de Tokyo Station. Cómodo. No es barato pero acorde a Tokyo central.

Clean,building just next to JR Tokyo station,friendly staff,well facilities (laundry machine,gym,ice machine,TV with youtube and Netflix,room service,bathtubr in the room),walkable distance to Pokemon center at Nihonbashi, underground street for shopping and restaurants.I’d like to compliment to all staff who help my daughter who fell and injured her head on 5th June night to Emergency Department at Tokyo University Hospital in time,Thank you so much for your help! My family will definitely come back here again!

Hotel was quiet and calm. Room views spectacular and size of room good with space for chairs & table. Connects into Tokyo Station and malls. Allowed to check in at 1pm. Great train set in the 27th floor lobby

Location of hotel was directly above Tokyo Station - giving you access to all transport options, shinkansen, subway, buses and taxis. No worries about finding the transport, because it's literally at your doorstep. Hotel also offered courier services to delivery our luggage to Kyoto, which was immensely helpful for our next stage of our trip.

Room we booked was rather tight for a family and three luggages, we expected a little more breathing space, but I guess that's just the nature of hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast spread was also rather limited in my humble opinion.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé , juste à côté de la gare de Tokyo. Malgré ces nombreuses chambres très calme .

We booked this hotel for the last night of our trip so that it would be easy to get from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport. It couldn’t have been more perfect for that purpose and even exceeded our expectations. Beautiful building, excellent service, comfortable and spotless room, packed with amenities and a beautiful view. Steps from the station meant a stress free 24 hours in Tokyo. They can hold your baggage before check-in or after check-out so that you can sightsee. Also, be sure to check out ‘Character Street’ and tasty food options right at Tokyo Station before you catch your train!

Very convenient location just in front of the Tokyo Station, a big plus - the views are stunning.

location is great direct access via Tokyo station. Room is small however expected in Tokyo.

instruction from Tokyo station confusing and we ended up walking out of the station and then around. All they needed to say was before exiting the Yaesua side continue to walk to the left all the way to the end and the hotel entrance is there to the left.

The hotel was located just outside the Tokyo Station, save us a few times when its raining. The view from our room to the Station's platform was great for a train lover. The staff was so nice in helping us when we need help with sending our luggage to the airport. The train diorama at the lobby is a nice touch as well.

Price is a little bit on the expensive side, but it was expected.
