The rooms were beautiful. The pool area was fantastic.

They had no restaurant only breakfast in the morning

No Breakfast and restaurant service

A good sized room, very comfortable bed and selection of pillows, with a balcony overlooking the pool. All the normal amenities and selection of free snacks.

The staff did not speak very good English, not a major issue, but a little frustrating. There are only 4 parking spaces, I did manage to get one, but there is no guarantee that if you go out and come back that the park is full, and you have no space. The wifi service was very poor, did occasionally connect, but then frequently disconnected. Needs improving.

We prefer to have an upper floor but the room on the ground floor is nice too. Swimming pool is nice.and beautiful garden.

Great value for the price. The room was very clean and updated. Balcony overlooked the pool and had really nice furniture. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away, plus there are numerous great restaurants within a short walking distance. The Tamarind and Cicada food markets are a 10-minute tuk tuk or Grab ride away. The hotel was not operating their cafe during our stay, so breakfast was not included or offered. But there is an excellent bakery around the corner with great coffee. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. It's simple but very clean and perfect for anyone on a budget.

Would have been nice to have breakfast included, or at least have the cafe open. But understand that it's not likely cost effective until more tourists return to Thailand.

The staff are professional and very helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was very good: a short walk to fine restaurants and the beach.

No elevator but not a tall building. We stayed on the second floor so the trip up a flight of stairs was not inconvenient.

It would have been nice to have had breakfast for this room rate but it wasn't an option to my recollection. The staff were very nice and helpful; 'Ronnie' speaks great English so communicated with him when we saw him. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spacious enough, as was the balcony. We were fortunate enough to have stayed there when no one else was there so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The hotel has a smart appearance and is good value for money compared to what you get with other hotels in the area. It is around the corner from some restaurants/ shops/ massage parlors a plenty and close enough to the beach- 5- 10 minute walk. We booked this hotel after our first hotel was CLOSED on arrival (City Beach Resort which also took full, advance payment). We are STILL waiting for booking.com to reimburse us since the start of our holiday 10 days ago. We were very pleased with 'La Maison' Hotel.

Some improvements could be made like the towels being replaced because they looked worn out and the pillows were a little hard and lumpy. They should also have mosquito coils around the hotel because many of them are all around Hua Hin and this would help guests have a more comfortable stay without being bitten so often.

It is our 2nd time staying here and everything was great! Location, cleanliness, staffs,facilities SUPERB! 👍.

Stayed here before. As I remembered and staff friendly and helpful. Room and communal areas were all very clean. Room is a decent size with nice balacony. Hotel is very close to the centre but not on the main drag and so lovely and quiet. Small car park for 5 cars only but even if it was ever full there is plenty of offstreet parking right outside.

Shower head gave a variable spray of water - power was good just did not spray all in individual jets as it was supposed to but only a very minor incpnvenience!
