كل شئ في الفندق جميل ومريح بدون استثناء .. وكان موظف الاستقبال (السيد سلطان) رائع في استقباله وتعامله. وجميع طاقم الفندق.

Schon älteres Haus aber top gepflegt und instand gehalten. Super aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Team. Zimmer sind groß, leider noch keine lärmschützenden Fenster, es liegen Ohrstöpsel bereit für den der sie braucht. Öffentliche Haltestelle gleich gegenüber, schöne Mall 5 Minuten Spaziergang entfernt. Abendessen im Haus war ziemlich hochpreisig aber appetitlich und schmackhaft.

من أفضل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها في رحلتي إلى اندونيسيا.. موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً ويعتبر في وسط جاكرتا وقريب من كل المرافق السياحية والتسوق. كل شيء كان مثالياً (الفريق في الاستقبال يستقبلك بكل حفاوة وكأنك الضيف الوحيد لديهم، العاملين في المرافق كانو في غاية التعاون واللطف) زيارة ستتكرر قريباً بإذن الله.

First of all, arriving at the premises with proper security checks ensures you feel safe right away. The staff’s welcome when you enter the hotel is very friendly and smooth. The check-in process is quick and seamless; in my case, Miss Dilla did a wonderful job, and one of her colleagues even offered me a welcome drink while I waited. Since I arrived much earlier than expected, they kindly brought me to the lounge and offered complimentary coffee and water while I waited for my room to be ready. I must say, this has been one of the best welcoming experiences I’ve ever had. Most importantly, the rooms are exactly as shown on booking.com—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with great interior decor. Mandarin Oriental has also chosen a very strategic location for the hotel, making it convenient for guests. It’s close to major malls, a police station, and many other essential places, which greatly enhances the overall experience. A special thanks to the staff at the Lyon restaurant and Cinnamon. I can't remember all the names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team and to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Andrew Abram! Additionally, the hotel’s gym and spa are fantastic, offering a well-equipped fitness area and a serene spa experience. Whether you're working out or relaxing, both facilities are top-notch and truly enhance the overall stay.

I had an incredible time during my stay! Yola, Manri, Dilla, Muhammed, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, and the hospitality made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was just what I needed. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay soon. Highly recommended!

We were staying at the MO in a City View Tower Suite which meant we were facing the main central monument and roundabout outside the hotel which is the best view to have. The Suite itself was very large and luxuriously furnished as one would expect at the MO. The rooms were spotless, cleaned twice a day including turn down service. Breakfast in the hotel is an occasion with a huge selection of buffet and made to order dishes - I was there for 5 nights and ate different each morning. I highly recommend checking out the restaurants and bar in the hotel. We tried each of them and all deliver wonderful food. The Pool area is very relaxing after a hard day in the city however I would also praise the location of this hotel because you have incredible transport, shopping and food options right outside the hotel in the various Malls and establishments across the roads.
