Les propriétaires sont serviables, gentilles, bonnes en communication. C’était propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

The staff were very helpful

The room was very basic for the price and the shower didn't have hot water and it was just bearable to have a shower. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Breakfast was OK

The information in booking.com promised a view of Mont Blanc from the room and the possibility of eating in the restaurant. The room had a view of the house next door and the restaurant was closed for the weekend. The proprietor said that the closure of the restaurant was made clear on the booking.com website. It was not. Whether all this was a problem of the hotel or of booking.com is not clear. The bed did not have a duvet but bedsheets and a blanket. Welcome back to the mid 20th century! The bathrfoom lighting had a weird habit of switching itself off or of dimming.

Breakfast was very good for french standard

Super location near the Baths in a lovely spa town near Geneva without the premium prices of some of the competition. We slept incredibly well, despite it being a heatwave, and enjoyed the view from the balcony.

The bathroom was a wee bit dated with a noisy toilet, but quite adequate for a night.

The hotel stay was very pleasant, comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around. Good free parking beside the hotel. Superb view of the French mountains from my room. I have stayed here many times before and will return in the future. Jusqu'à la prochaine fois madame, merci beaucoup.
