Nada, água fria, apartamento sem nenhum conforto, falta de reposição

Não gostei da acomodação, tirando a localização o resto não serviu

The check in Instructions- nothing happened what ever they said on the mail.

Clean, basic apartment. Was perfect for what we needed. Lovely sea view from the balcony and the most excellent location and value for money.

No fire alarm of fire escape routes in the apartment, slightly alarming! Also the “sofa bed” is a single mattress that pulls out and does not sleep 4 people like the property description says. It sleeps 3 comfortably, I think the 4th person is expected to sleep on the sofa (which doesn’t turn into a sofa bed!)

Location was good, close by to all amenities

Apartment was run down ( only the kitchen had been updated ), broken tiles in hallway, bedroom, bathroom. Bathroom was very old fashioned and needed replacing. Sofa old fashioned and dirty. No high chair provided, we did ask but were told they had none so found it hard to feed baby. Only 2 toilet rolls supplied, asked for more and were given another two, not much to last 10 days. Floor very dirty, dirt and fluff etc under bed. Bin in kitchen had been left full by previous occupants when asked for it to be emptied we were told twice it would be done, in the end we did it ourselves. This had caused a smell in the apartment and ants which ended up crawling on babies bottle. Also had to struggle with pushchair up four steps as no ramp. Not pushchair or wheelchair accessible.

Place. Everything what we needed was close to the apartment - market, shops, sandy beach, restaurant with delicious food.

Self Catering

We NEVER got the apartment we paid for. Instead we got a Flea & Bug ridden apartment a mile from our paid apartment.

The location is always paramount and this was very good. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The supply of towels was very good. All the Garvertur properties I have stayed are well run and well organised.

Distance from Garvertur office to Paula Bella is too far away. There is a Garvertur office opposite the apartment which would have been much more convenient. The Garvertur Office I checked in at had to be opened as it was after business hours so I don’t understand why the on Rua Vasco da Gama Office could not have been opened instead.
