Location is perfect, really close to everything.

Couldn't get in to one of our two rooms, We weren't given any detail about the second room, no room number or code for a lock box. Tried their various phone numbers, including their "emergency" numbers, tried contacting them through the booking.com app and never once got a reply.

Doesn't look like the photos. Unpleasant smell in the hallways. Could do with a revamp. The place was grubby and we were left dirty towels. The toilet and shower room was tiny and smelt of drains. The bed was uncomfortable and black hairs on the pillow cases. Shabby accommodation at best in need of a revamp and deep clean. Premier inn or travel lodge cleaner.

Bathroom tired and needs updating, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable and some of the crockery had cracks in it. No coat hooks or shelves to put clothing etc on the ironing board was badly damaged and unusable

The room was extremely noisy. I did message them about this but they ignored me. I eventually got through to Sylvia who told me that there was nothing they could do. She said she would contact the owner, Chris but nothing came of this. She is still refusing to answer my texts. I also complained about the mattress as it was heavily stained with no mattress cover on it. Also, the window was cracked. I 0aid £427 for a one weeks stay and had to change my own bedding. This place is definitely not value for money. Plus you will not get a good night's sleep as bars and clubs are open until 6a.m.

it was central to Liverpool and it was well-equipped with things like a kettle, microwave, hair dryer and plates and cutlery and mugs, it was fairly clean, the shower was good. Booking.com had a last minute offer so it was good value for money.

The bathroom sink wasn’t quite clean - there were still someone’s shaving hairs on the tap. The bathroom was very small - it was a little difficult to get in and out of the shower.

It was not clean. There were long hairs in the microwave and shower tray. Open ood left in the fridge from a previous occupant. The heater was falling off the wall. There was no toilet paper when I checked , but I was told I would be recompensed if I bought some and in addition they would pay for a bottle of wine or some beers. For what it was the place was extremely expensive for a tiny room with barely enough room to put one wheelie bag and a backpack and the tiny showerroom/toilet had no shelves or ledges to put anything down, so all washing stuff and toothbrushes etc also had to be kept somewhere in the tiny bedroom. It did not look anything like the pictures.

Floor was sticky...not clean...no mirror or shelves in the bathroom...shower wasn't workin had to wait1 n half hours for it to be fixed...noisy all night outside the window...no wardrobes...no chair to sit down...remote control wasn't working...when shower wasn't workin the property had the cheek to ask me to check fuse box outside the room which was 8 foot high...no towel rail in bathroom...the bathroom floor was an inch higher than bedroom floor at the doorstop..banged my toes off it..bathroom door didn't lock..the worst place iv ever stayed

This was a rough one. really not what I was expecting. room was tiny not 100% clean. halls were a state place stank a fair bit. Room was tiny!! there was just me and my Dad luckily we were there for paddy’s weekend and got on with it but nowhere up to standard to cost the 300€ we paid… property should be at least be cleaned correctly.

The only good thing about the apartment was the location, central to all amenities, bars/shops/restaurants.

The apartment did not fit the description in booking.com. Tried to contact Serviced Living Apartments but to no avail. On arrival window was wide open and place was freezing. Cleanliness was shocking. The wifi did not work, the hot water did not work in the shower or anywhere else, water was freezing. The heating did not work. The room was freezing and damp; damp was on the walls. Clothes had to be worn over pyjamas to keep warm. The pillows were stained with blood or some other substance. Had to cover pillows to lie on them. Hanging rail was broken. There were bits of rolled up cigarettes/other substance on floor of apartment. Have tried contacting Serviced Living Apartments to discuss prior to my review but they are not answering phone.

Great location, comfy bed and useful having kettle and toaster etc.

Rowdy through the night, tiny, room not as advertised. Should advertise different types of rooms as ours was not like the image at all. Felt a little unsafe at times as door could be unlocked from outside with a key.
