Nice rooms and service was superb

Everything was great beyond my expectations.

My recent stay at Hotel Skycity, a premier 4-star hotel in Gurgaon, was truly memorable. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room size was big, very neat and clean, all facilities in the room were working good. I had a good night's sleep. Staff were very polite, service very prompt.

Food was not at all upto the mark. Buffet dinner was just so so. Not enough variety. Buffet breakfast was specially very bad. Not enough variety. Not even one dish was tasty. The Idli was hard as a stone. They need to add Eno powder in the batter to make it soft. But why doesn't the chef already know this? The sambhar was obnoxious and extra salty. The paneer paratha was thin and hard. The bhature were not good, the chhole were not soft and were extra salty. So I settled for some safe stuff. Had some fruits namely papaya and watermelon , 2 boiled eggs , 2 toasts with butter and a cup of tea. This hotel drastically needs to improve their kitchen. I would suggest them to hire a few Punjabi or Garhwali chefs who are known to be experts in their craft.

All are to much profational and not cordial..

Most of the staff cannot understand English It took 3-4 hours on arrival to get the wifi and have the AC actually blowing colder air. The AC switches off several time a night, I woke up each time in a 28° room. No AC in common areas. Very dirty place as you can see in the pictures, I didn’t take a picture of the blanket which was of same kind. I won’t recommend this place to anyone
