The staff was amazing the property was beautiful, the provided 3 course breakfast every morning, they had armed security protecting the place 24 hours, anything you needed the staff would go into the village to find it for you. Just make sure you tip the staff for an even better experience. They also have a mango tree on the property. And a beautiful swimming pool

The mosquitoes were harsh but that’s nothing to do with the hotel, just don’t open your doors at night. I just wish I had a fridge to keep my stuff cool.

I didn’t like the coffee and the pasta with ham and cheese , too much oil and after that I’m enjoying staying here

I like the staff, breakfast, and the pool

I did not like the fact that I was given a dirty coffee cup twice. The first time, there was lipstick on the cup and it was not mine. I haven't used it yet. I showed it to the server. the second time there was dirt on the cup and I showed it to the server. They only give you one piece of napkin and when I request more they get annoyed. They gave me ripped towels twice. there's never any ice. The room is extremely hot because there is no Air Conditioner. But when we ask for ice there isn't any. I received Air Conditioner at 9 pm nightly when we about to go to sleep. The room is not being clean daily, they said They will clean every two days, and even then I've gone five days without a cleanroom. When I asked I'm told the maid is gone for the day or she's got too much to do.

Pre-payment was requested and the credit card system was down. Had to wait for about an hour before being allowed to check-in. AC is turned off around 9:00am.

The service of housekeeping, The manager was rude and so much helpful we weren’t able to use the pool for three days no notice to say so. No amenities I had to ask no telephone it was just terrible experience

I like the view, the space, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was nice, I love the pool, the breakfast served.

The road leading to the hotel was up a hill and it was badly maintained. It needs to be paved. I didn't like the fact that they don't make the wifi password readily available. They have to put it in for you. There was no iron, no AC during the day because of electricity. It was too expensive
