C'est un endroit qui est sorti d'un rêve - un chalet au bord de la mer sur une île tropicale lointaine où des oies hawaïennes indigènes affluent vers la porte pour dire aloha et l'océan éclabousse de manière ludique contre le rivage ci-dessous. La vue, difficile à éviter, est un paysage marin aquarelle brossé dans des tons de bleu. C'est une toile peinte en indigo avec les eaux dansantes du Pacifique qui s'estompent dans un ciel baigné de soleil bordé de nuages blancs dentelés.
Ce condo est aéré avec deux grandes chambres et salles de bain. L'espace salle à manger, salon et cuisine ouvert est entièrement équipé et comprend un accès Internet haut débit sans fil. Unit 245 is a great rental. Location, setting, aesthetics were all fantastic. The unit is stocked as well as your own home. I wanted to heat up my delicious fish from our dinner at 1 Hotel ( amazing and a 3 minute drive away) and they even had parchment paper to use on the cookie sheet to warm it up! The power went out on the island and they had candles and flashlights !! Every single thing you need for daily life much less a very comfortable vaca!! The ONLY things that need to be changed ; please put a set of dresser drawers in the downstairs bedroom!! The cabinet there is beautiful but useless as it is only shelves and would be much more usefull upstairs in the bathroom for towels,etc! Also, please put a curtain or shutter door in front of the stacked washer/ dryer. It's awesome to have it but as a mom, the last thing I want staring me in the bathroom mirror is a washer/dryer. And last but not least, a YALE lock would be so much more useful then the keyed entrance. One, it's annoying to keep up with and also that it has to be dropped off on your way to the airport. In this day and age, I think very few people on vaca want to have that extra hassle. Little things that would make Pali Ke Kua absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and use the concierge service, they are wonderful! We booked ziplining ( amazing!) horseback riding ( gorgeous) and had a Napali Coast boat tour but unfortunately it was canceled due to weather. And the snorkeling at Pali Ke Kua resort is Hideaways Beach and is absolutely the best on the Island and the trek down and up is 100% worth it !! Just don't carry too much. It's a hike but very easy and well paved it's just an incline. The path is between bldg 1 & 2 . Kauai is the best island and you will have a great time if you chose to stay here !! And I'm picky ; ) .

Very beautiful home with great views of the ocean... I love that each bedroom has its own shower. Beds are comfortable. kitchen is well equipped. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels and a bbq grill. My only suggestion would be to provide a small ice chest to take to the beach. Overall I would recommend staying in this rental.

Our stay at Pali Ke Kua 245 was amazing!
The views were breathtaking and better than pictured. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the main area of the home. It was peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
My only comment is that I wish there was a keyless entry. You have to go to the rental office to pick up the key and drop off. It’s close to the airport so it wasn’t a big hassle but adds a stop to a long travel day.

We stayed here with 4 adults and two kids, which worked perfectly for us. Location was great and parking was easy. The unit is well appointed which allowed us to make most of our meals here. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs, boogie board and umbrella for the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The condo was wonderful! It was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen spices and appliances to towels for bath and beach! The air conditioning units helped when the temp got close to 90 degrees, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans usually did the trick to keep us comfortable. One recommendation would be to have snorkeling equipment for guests to use and also to check and maintain the beach chairs. One of them had some trash left in one of the pockets from a previous user. Not anything we couldn’t manage, but just a heads up. The washer and dryer were great! It was so nice to come home with all of our laundry clean! Can’t wait to return and would definitely request the same property and the same unit!! It’s important to keep in mind that there can be a lot of driving time if you have activities planned in different areas of the island. Also, road construction during the week adds to that time. We planned for all of that and it wasn’t a problem. Kaua’i is definitely our favorite of the Hawaiian islands!

The rental was great overall, amazing view with easy access to a private beach. It was clean and fully furnished to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be there are only two portable ACs that couldn't cool the space enough, the unit got the afternoon sun and if you stay during the summer months like we did, it gets too hot to stay in after 3pm. It didn't cool down until really late in the evening and I felt sorry for my kids who slept upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as listed and very clean.
The views and property as a whole was very well cared for. Grounds were gorgeous.
Other considerations - on sunny afternoons the condo got very hot (85 degrees +). The cool air recovered at night with the bedroom AC units. There is no central air conditioner throughout. The is also no cross breeze to help according to wind direction (June).
We are mainlanders from a very hot area so accustomed to AC.
We did enjoy our stay.

This was a great condo for our recent vacation to Kauai. The ocean views from the lanai are wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching whales breaching and all the nenes and other birds who appeared to live on the property.
Having access to a beach via the paved path was great. Since this access was limited to property residents/guests only the beach was quiet every day. This beach is mostly shady until later in the day but it is a beautiful beach and snorkeling is possible if the water is calm. The paved path down to the beach is very steep the first 10 feet or so, but as long as you take it slow and deliberate it is very doable, even in flip-flops.
The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, had all the appliances and utensils needed. Plenty of glass wear and mugs. We did have to do dishes a bit more often than normal because there was a limited number of plates, but this was fine we just washed our dishes right away.
It was wonderful having laundry (washer/dryer) in the condo so we could easily wash our clothes and towels throughout our visit.
The condo was very quiet. We only ever noticed minor noise from other condos, during normal hours and usually when someone was outside on their lanai. I don't know if the walls in the condo building were well insulated or perhaps the complex in general is quiet, but we were never disturbed by other guests.
While we spent most of our time out and about visiting different beaches and parts of Kauai it was great to have a very large TV that we could easily connect to our YouTube/Amazon Prime accounts so we could watch our favorite shows on the couple rainy days we had during our visit.
The only downside which is completely uncontrollable by the condo owners/property management/property is that it was rainy (our fault for choosing the rainy time of the year) so we did have a few cockroaches (the flying kind) come into the condo. I am not talking about an infestation, we saw maybe 3-4 the entire time we were staying at the condo. It is expected that during the rainy season the bugs will end up getting pushed indoors. On the flip side, I did really appreciate/loved seeing the geckos, we more than welcomed them since they eat bugs.

We were married on Hanalei Beach and booked several Pali Ke Kua units for our family and friends. We stayed in building 11 unit 245 and were very happy with our stay. Unit was well equipped, clean and all appliances worked. The view and breeze were not as good as some of the other units, but unit 245 had an AC unit in the bedroom which was pretty critical for a 2 week stay in the sweltering heat this October. Been to Kauai many times and never needed ac until this trip. Snorkeling down at Hideaways beach was a highlight as many sea turtles were there! The views from certain units are spectacular, just less with building 11. Would suggest getting a map of the complex before booking if view is super important. The complex ground crew was very friendly and kept everything immaculate! Cudos to those guys! Pizza was very good at Hideaways Pizza on-site for our first night ofguest arrival.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful unit in Pali Ke Kua resort. The unit was very clean and has recently been updated. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the very large 80 in tv in the evenings and the large couch was very comfy. Most importantly, the view was spectacular. Lastly, the management property, Kauai Vacation Rentals, was wonderful to work with. We just wish the unit had a self entry code so that we didn't have to pick up and drop off the keys.
