Breakfast was ok. The view is magnificent. The building is modern and comfortable. The SPA zone is fantastic. Great opportunity to take a shower at late checkout. The location is conveniently next to cablecar.

One older lady is working at the breakfast and is rude and unfriendly. I tried to avoid getting into her sight/way, but every morning I still had unpleasant contact with her. All the other personnel in the hotel are fantastic: friendly, helpful and cheerful.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, particularly the wellness centre. The bar was comprehensively stocked and the room was very comfortable with great views. But the absolute highlight were the hosts who were incredibly helpful and friendly and really made the stay fantastic in every way they could. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing place, great view, great people

Quite honestly the best place I stayed in my 2-week trek across the Alps. This place took me by surprise in how lovely it was. Walkable to an adorable town center with great dining options, contemporary design and spotless clean, genuinely lovely staff, and a killer view from the room patio. Found myself wanting to stay here much longer. I will be back!

Everything was great

Amazing little hotel run by the loveliest and friendliest family. The spa downstairs is brand new and 5 stars - they have a steam room, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cold showers and very comfortable rooms to relax in. Breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice right in front of you!

we were there in high season in August and it was a little hot in the room at night (not AC)

Fabulous experience. Brand new up to date wellness centre with steam Bath, saunas and relaxation room. Impeccably designed rooms and friendly service. Great local restaurant d’fanno a five minute walk away

Great location, amazing views and spectacular breakfast. Everything new and very friendly staff and owners who are around to help you on whatever you need. Very good value for money in the area. Would love to come back.

Would be great to have an exit to the garden outside from the balcany of the apartments.
