Could not check in on time, got a distant room, bar was very busy and understaffed so service was slow. In all fairness this was a very busy Easter weekend, so many guests.

The only thing good about this place is there breakfast in the morning.

There staffs are at reception are big thief. The lady at the front desk on the night shift stole my money. Shuttle driver are demanding for tips, and very disrespectful. There is nothing available in a walking distance. Don't leave your valuable things around, it will go missing or the lady at the front is going to steal it. I filled a complaint requesting management to go through There security cameras 📷. No one care including There management, avoid avoid this place at cost if you don't want your money or personal items to be stolen.

After going to the hotel for many years, when arriving early you would check us in early without charge, this time we were told need to wait until at least 2.00 pm or pay a charge for early possesion of the room, unacceptable when you have rooms available.

Felt very open plan and relaxed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. LOVED the outdoor area with a beautiful pool - wish we were staying for more than one night as it had a lovely family atmosphere.

We ended up leaving as soon as we saw the room and are still waiting for the hotel to issue the refund as promised. It quickly became evident that it was not clean. The sheets were covered in hairs and had obviously not been changed from the previous guest. The cups had finger and lip prints on them. We also found dead cockroaches. Aside from that the pictures shown do not match the experience. Everything is not to the quality shown to the point of being fraudulent because they were carefully staged to not show the true nature of the uncomfortable beds and broken furniture. The wifi was very spotty and heard multiple people complaining before we checked in. The times for the airport shuttle are every hour and not half hour plus it is a van that only holds a handful of people which barely counts as a shuttle. The time listed for the free breakfast was 5:30 but is actually 6:30. When we went to the hotel desk to ask for a refund, the employee was not surprised by our comments about the room and was already prepared to issue a refund. They even have preprinted pieces of paper with instructions on how to complain about the cleanliness. That's how bad and frequent the complaints are. For one of the main hotels near the airport in a major city, this was far from the experience we were expecting based on the reviews we read here on Booking. We hope this review will save others from a bad experience. We ended up staying at the Crowne Plaza down the street. While nothing amazing was a much better experience with a good restaurant.

Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport in car. Staff is friendly and helpful. Transportation departs really early in the morning to he airport and every hour from hotel.

My room seem really old. It had a door frame unattached from the wall and out of it came one insect. TV and air conditioning were really old but they worked well.

The hotel has clean rooms, a nice pool, and is near the airport which is why we normally stay here. The rooms are decent value, though the description is a bit misleading - rooms with "a garden view" do not have any terrace/outdoor seating - they look out on the back of the hotel and have no fresh air/direct access to "the garden". Rooms with a balcony do not have any outdoor chairs or tables which makes it difficult to make use of the balcony and the music at the bar can be a bit loud so bear that in mind when booking with kids... The staff are really lovely - Cristian at the reception desk was incredibly helpful - we had a few issues with our room booking and he was really patient and understanding and went above and beyond to help us out .... Excellent customer service from him and all around which is reason enough to go back again.
