Location was excellent a short walk into the main street and then the marina. Our room was very roomy, great outlook and easy to access the pool. The breakfast setting was perfect looking out to sea, all white and the food was excellent great variety. The service was great and the reception team gave great suggestions for what to do. Overall an excellent hotel when staying in Lipari.

We have such a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and kind. They by beyond what was expected with helping us organise trips, onward travel and even locating a lost iPad! The breakfast buffet was amazing, such a great selection and catered to all ages. I would highly recommend the hotel for it’s beautiful views, and exceptional staff.

The pool wasn’t heated ( we stayed in May). Very cold to get into but we adjusted once in!

This hotel is beautiful. Fabulous sea views from the bedrooms, pool area and restaurant. It is a short walk into town or you can catch a taxi for €15 to anywhere in town if you are too hot or not great on your feet (we visited with grandparents and small children so took the taxi a few times). The people who work there are fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. We all absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Mea.

The receptionist staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The property including the rooms was very clean and tidy. The views from the balcony were fabulous as well as the scent from the lemon trees. The quality of the breakfasts and dinners were excellent as was the attentiveness of the restaurant staff. I had my birthday there and the staff went over and above to make precious memories. We would love to return again.

This is a lovely, well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. It's location affords a lovely view, although it is a bit of an uphill walk. Breakfast is generous, and varied.

At breakfast the scrambled eggs were dry and unpleasant and the bacon sat in a pool of grease.

The hotel is well located, just a 10 minute walk from the port. Elena from the front desk was very friendly and contacted the management to change our rooms to make our family more comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had nice rooms.

The breakfast had staff, but it was not managed properly. Food was not being replenished timely, no bacon, eggs were cold - yellow cheese from day before - little selection - no white cheese or any vegetables. For this class of hotel we would have expected much more.

We loved everything - the service, the room with the sea view, the location and the one and only Maria that gave us exelent advices througout our visit.

Extremely friendly helpful staff from front desk to maids. When my daughter cut herself they extended our check out indefinitely and everyone participated in first aid and helped us getting to a hospital.

We chose this hotel as the reviews mentioned cleanliness. Our sheets were not changed from the previous guests. They were dirty and soiled. Once we informed the staff they changed them immediately but hinted that it was us that dirtied the sheets. There was no compensation offered for the distress until I asked for it.

my room was only accessed by a door going outside to the terrace. so you had to walk up a flight of narrow steps that were rather dark at night. the pillows were hard! bed was comfortable. breakfast ends at 10am which is 1/2 hour earlier than all of the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip. too early!! last but not lease... water bugs in my room!!!! horrible!! couldn't sleep!!!! was happy to leave the hotel, even though the hotel was nice.
