Staff were wonderful and helpful. Room had everything we needed. A little old and run down but clean and tidy all the same. Shower and bath could use some updating. The grounds were immaculate. Would stay again.
Bathroom area could use a bit of an update.

Room was a little dated but very good overall. Surprisingly quite considering closeness to the highway. Comfortable bed and A/C working fine. Hotel ground were quite nice. Great pool.
Carport was a bit low for our vehicle.

close to Beenleigh, had a pool.
no internet (as they had been hacked and unable to get new hardware) .
no restaurant (as there has not been able to source a chef for months)
no scheduled cleaners (as their cleaner has been abusing prescription drugs due to tooth ache and told not to come to work until ‘sober’ - as informed by managers)

Everything was great. From checking in to checking out , smooth as. Staff were very friendly.

The staff (particularly Narell) we’re so helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable! Very highly recommended!

Swimming pool & spa
No milk yet given teabags, etc... noisey right next to motorway. Air-conditioning unit was poor. Hot water was burning hot & no warning. Bed was uncomfortable. No shower gel but yet shampoo & conditioner.

there was a bedside light next to the bed which I was unable to use as the cord never reached the plug. everything felt old and dark.

we parked our caravan in front of the office.
Clean with comfortable bed, love the extras like biscuits and bottled water. Facilities looked really nice , unfortunately didn’t have time to use

It was central and close to the shop, clean
Early hours of the morning at around 2am few people were practically sitting outside our room having a few to drink and was loud and no respect for residents in bed.

So comfy and quiet. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Had a lovely spa, was a break mini break.

The where very friendly and helpful
A few of those things I screw my nose up at only because I'm a cleaner also and that's dirty aircon exhaust fans and I really don't like spiders nd their webs, and them old hair dryers have to go seriously I'm scared one will blow up on me they go all red then no air coming 🤗 other than that it was great,will go back if needed🙏
