The place is absolutely gorgeous, sitting on top of the mountain with the beautiful pools make it definitely the ideal location to chill
Due to its location you will need to think two times before you move around the city

The location is a bit of a ways away and difficult to get to without a car.
It has the most fantastic views at the top

1. Very bad location, far and isolated, very not accessible. 2. They charged me for a laundry service crazy and not reasonable amount, same like they charged me for two nights at the hotel!!! 3. The breakfast was very poor and limited, they even don’t served bread or any vegetable. 4. The service at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful, they let us stay and leave the hotel with a very bad feeling, for me its the worst thing an hotel can do to his guest.

We had a very large room with kitchenette, balony, large bathroom with large vanity. Pleanty of storage. Two flat screen TV's with good cable selection. Excellent internet. The staff were all very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful views from high on mountain side. Close to Romantic Zone.
The pillows were too firm for us and blankets a bit on the heavy side. Had to use taxi or Uber for anything in the city.

The gym could have been better, but overall It was fine. It was a little hard getting up and down the hill but Uber was decent.

The most amazing views and facilities! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, but also well trained and professional. The food was excellent. Only a five minute taxi drive into the center of PV where there were some excellent restaurants.

The hotel is outstanding with great views of Banderas Bay and of Puerto Vallarta.
The restaurant, maid and front lobby (Bell Hop) staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are exceptionally clean.
The food is very good in quality and quantity.
The inclusive breakfast is very good with a good selection of items.
Beware: You order an ice tea and the refills are not free, in fact they are $3.50 per 12 oz. glass.
I spent $24.50 for Ice Tea during dinner one evening.
You must order bottle water during dinner hours which is an additional charge, you can't get tap water with ice at no charge.
The front lobby personnel (check-in and check-out) seem a bit arrogant and not as helpful as all the other employees.
Bed was a bit hard for me.

enjoyed the view. the staff were amazing. the included breakfast was great. In general enjoyed the stay. best view in town. and the room was comfortable as well.
1 of the pools was closed down for construction but wasn’t too bad. not a lot of construction noise and other pools to hang at.

Great view. Big room. Friendly staff. Room Service. Great gym. Not crowded. Perfect to rest. 2 TV's in the room. Lovely balcony. Away from the city.
Poor breakfast options. No porn channels. No measures regarading Covid19. Something in the pool area is being remodeled, so a lot of dust in the air. Check out process took forever. Very small parking area. No bathrobes. Waiters forcing to pay even 2 cokes because they were afraid of me going away from the pool any minute.
