NO curfew! I picked the key up early as I was going to my son's graduation at the Robert Gordon University, so I knew I might be late... The house is extremely quiet, although it has 28 rooms. My room came with a shared toilet, which was no problem at all. My room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The bed was great! Tea and coffee making facilities, including kettle, were provided, as were tea and coffee. I had only booked for one night, I would not have minded staying longer.

The outside, paved front area is full of cigarette butts and spilled drinks. It could certainly do with a sweep and a wash. I get the impression that the owners aren't there and aren't aware.

The lost guest house was clean and comfortable - the staff member I spoke with was informative and polite. The room had everything you needed in it for a stop over and was good value for money.

The curtains in the room didn't block out a lot of light and with the early sunrise did wake me up a bit earlier than i would have hoped.

The lady that was on reception was absolutely amazing polite very helpful and nothing was a problem for her atall. She done breakfasts in morning to and ahe waited on me and my daughter we arrived late the night before.

Very clean and very comfortable bed. Lovely large bath towel. Parking onsite for a small fee but also lots of free street parking
