Café da manhã somente iniciando as 6:30. Queria tomar as 6:00 e disseram que não era possível, fez check out sem café da manhã que estava incluso na diária.
Pouquíssimos canais pagos disponíveis n- TV.

Senti falta na suíte de itens básicos de higiene como cotonetes e fio dental que perfeitamente poderiam ser fornecidos pelo hotel em se tratando da diária de maior valor.

Very Dirty. White Towels are almost yellow (Used) and Rooms & Bathrooms are outdated and dirty.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very good too.
- They didn’t check my email address and sent the bill to my ex wife because it seems that’s the address I gave when I was married and went there with her. Definitely you shouldn’t do that. Oh my God!
- The rooms are very old. It needs an update.

Best hotel in Lages by far. Great location, ample free parking, free/fast wifi. Comfortable, large rooms, good breakfast, super friendly and attentive staff. Right next door to one of the best restaurant/lounge/bar in the city (evenings). Highly recommended!!!
The in suite bathroom/toilets. You can hear the bodily functions of the person in the next room. And vice versa, lol! For total privacy, I recommend you book rooms 301, 401, 501, 601, 126 and 226. They are pricier, but worth it, if you are the "shy" type.
