Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly house keeping and the animation team who worked hard. Restaurant staff attentive and bar staff worked lots of hours. Opportunity to have crepes at the beachbar was welcomed.

Lots of choice with food, but tended to be repetitive lunch and dinner very similar. Breakfast lots of choice but the same choice daily.

Everything went fine.special thanks to the reception team(very professional)and all the staff working in the restaurant/Bar/pool/beach/animation wich tried to make everything working perfectly but maybe it is time to make some change: 1-the drinks everywhere are too warm for a 48 degree day 2-the quality of drinks must be much better(1 week was not able get a mojito(the most standard summer Drink everywhere)cause there is always something missing) 3-you must take time and invest on the beautiful bar in the pool(putting some flower,cleaning the floor,throw the fridge and make some good decoration,indeed just google it how must a pool bar looking like)those details make the difference between a good hotel and great hotel. 4-spend some money to get a summer casual Outfits for the staff working on the bar/pool,it is a hotel not a bank to be working in a suit by 48 degree!!! 5-A guest relation is a need to make progress and have an ear to the guests

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean room! Nice view from balcony of swimming pool and sea! Very friendly staff, cleaning ladies are doing there job very well! Staff in restaurant are very friendly, they do everything to please you! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is in buffet, very large and variety of meals, a lot of choice! Large swimming pool. Private parking in front ot hotel. Private beach is clean and a quit area! Every night, animation in the bar! We had a great stay!

Great beachside location, incredibly friendly atmosphere with delightful staff

The room decor was a little tired and old-fashioned, but the overall atmosphere made up for this

The staff were excellent and helpful , especially the reception staff, simply amazing. The food was great.

The only downside was the lack of fans for the rooms when the air-conditioning was switched off for the season. For a woman in menopause warm nights are unbearable 😫. Have some fans in storage for these occasions.

I am very pleased with the hotel staff and management. The atmosphere excellent the food brilliant and the head chef very good all ways checking the quality of the food, to meet customer satisfaction. Car park clean and presentable. Very good security service. I recommend this hotel to everyone including family and friends.

The bathroom need to be updated, by taking out the old bath and should be replaced with a shower room.
