unfriendly staff, extra fees for arriving late although train was cancelled, NO English at all, no efforts for good communication

very clean, great breakfast. the staff was so wonderful and helpful, I felt very at home here and comfortable. i would absolutely recommend. this stay 100%

Really nice location and friendly owner. Great value for money. Good access to beach and also train station to Rome.

Little minus fór no private parking, have to find parking place on street, however it's for free so no issue.

I liked that the bed was comfortable and the position was relatively close to the sea and the city centre (not that the city is that big that you need any specific location to be comfortable...). The bathroom was clean.

The room was too small, pictures and description was not clear. It was simply a too small room for the price paid. The price is not justified for the service and low season, since breakfast was not included and the lady let me even pay 1.50 euro of self made coffe in the room! No water or coffe of courtesy, I felt like I also was paying the air I was breathing. The bedroom has only A/C above the bed, no heating so the bathroom was always cold in the morning. The wifi signal was not great and then when we bumped in the cleaning adept, we found that the lady was keeping some dogs close to the room while it was open for cleaning..

Small but comfortable. Excellent value for money and as with most Chinese run places in Rome extremely clean and they provide water and coffee.

Very kind and responsive employees, good anti-Covid procedures, stable Wi-Fi, excellent and silent location between train station and the beach, spotless, silent air conditioning, a nice balcony with cover from sun, and a comfortable bed. Morning coffee is available inside the room.

Walls are a bit thin and loud neighbours can be heard.
