The view was absolutely out of this world! Breath taking. We didnt even want to leave to go into town! Apartment was very large. Loved the heated floors, was a great touch. Value for money was outstanding for what you get. Looking forward to coming back!

The veranda didn't have a solid roof and unfortunately it rained the whole 2nd day we were there so we could sit out on the veranda and soak up the view which was a disappointment. Instructions for the car park were very strange, told us to park under a car port which didnt exist?

The view is fantastic and the apartment too.

Nothing to mention. It is ok not to have personal contact with the owner, you just get a key code and that's it, but all good. It is also ok that it is a 25 minutes walk to town. I did not have a car but it was no problem. To down, you just walk down, with great views. I recommend travellers without car to take a taxi back after town visit, it's not expensive and easy from town center.

The room was very clean and presentable on arrival. The view was absolutely amazing and did not let us down.

The aircon wasn’t working at times and the wifi cut in and out, but overall wouldn’t definitely stay again

Amazing view, comfortable bed, heated tiles were a great bonus. Not too far from town. Had everything for a comfortable stay.

The furniture was very basic the sofa bed mattress was cheap and really uncomfortable the blinds were dysfunctional there were no bedside lamps no doona covers the fridge is noisy

The view is just insane, the heated tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are also insane.

The views are amazing. Underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom was great to have in winter. The Drying cupboard was indispensable for our skiing holiday! The location was great with regards to easy access to the ski fields, bypassing rush hour traffic into town.

It’s definitely accommodation that relies on you having a car to drive into the town centre. The duvets didn’t have actual duvet covers, just sheets that were prone to sliding off. The kitchen was relatively sparsely equipped given its size (the kitchen knives were terrible!), and the dining table has definitely seen better days. There was a fire place but it was not to be used.

Wow!!! Amazing place to stay, and absolutely stunning view! we couldn’t get enough of waking up to that beautiful landscape! It is a nice and cosy studio that’s plenty big enough for a family of four. Our kids (aged 8 & 11) were fine on the made up pull out couch, where my husband and I got to enjoy the master bedroom with a king bed, plus a bonus with electric blankets, already on for our first night after a day travelling from Australia. We highly recommend!

Kitchen was fully equipped! But only thing missing, which would be handy is adding a fish slice for cooking in the fry pan.

Great views and facilities

Comfortable, heated tiles and towel racks, expectacular view of Queenstown. Excellent communication with the Agent. One night we had a power outage overnight (caused by local power company) and the agent attended to it very quick next day.

Noticed the hot water line under the laundry sink need repair (leaking). As improvement maybe provide a torch in case of unexpected power outages.

it had an exceptional view, it was a stylish and comfortable apartment, which felt homely and had all we needed. no second guesses as to where to book next time!! The communication was excellent, and the man was very helpful and a good and genuine person to deal with, thank-you very much.

Super easy to find with parking on site. If you are looking for a place with an added bonus of a view this has what you want! The deck was great to sit out on and admire the view as well as from in bed! Beautiful kitchen space which is a good size. Bathroom was also awesome with a huge mirror and the shower had great pressure. And all the floors with tiles were heated which I absolutely loved! 5 minute drive from town which was great but no chance of walking as it is up the top of a huge hill and took us half an hour!

We found the place rather cold at night even with the heat pumps going and there was no extra blankets in the cupboards so it would've been great to have some spare blankets for extra warmth. There was only one good fry pan in the kitchen, the other one was terrible and everything stuck to the bottom of it so some decent frypans would also be a great addition. Other than this we thought the rest of the place was great!

No milk and sugar provided Wall heater is not working Can't watch TV 1, 2 & 3 , they come to fix it the next day but the remote is not able to change channel The bed is not so comfortable

The location is outside of town, we had a car so wasn’t an issue for us but would be a bit of a walk into town

It was so tidy and was a really nice space for 3 people. Loved the floor heating in the kitchen was a life saver in the cold. The view was so amazing. It’s got to be one of the best places to stay at for a vacation!!

The stairs outside were very slippery due to the frozen ice nearly fell a couple times but all else was good
