Everything was great. The room was very clean and organised. The breakfast was always good and everyone was really nice and polite.
Michael who is the manager was really kind and helpful as well, I would like to say thanks for everything.

Comfortable bed, nice balcony with views of sea, rainfall shower head available made for a hot refreshing shower. Great breakfast- fried eggs and bacon, fresh fruit salad, Greek yoghurt and continental options available. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing

Our room was compact, but comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a sea view room with a small balcony and great panoramic views across Paphos. With easy parking it was a great location from which to explore both the old and new town. Breakfast was all you could need. It was lovely to stay in a friendly family run hotel which offers all you need for a short stay rather than a large corporate hotel with endless 'facilities' which you don't need!
4.7
Family owned hotel and everyone was super friendly and very helpful.
Location was perfect for the old town and only a 30 min walk tops to the harbour.
Breakfast was full of great options.
Views from the ocean facing side of the hotel were stunning.
Nothing.

I haven't met such humble room-cleaning staff anywhere else. They were exceptionally nice people. Also, the breakfast staff was cool. And in reception too. Such a lovely crowd! And this is what matters the most for me - the people, and the culture.
The room was good, with a fridge, balcony and beautiful view. It was easy to access the hotel by car and by foot. There was decent free parking space for guests.
There were issues with electricity in the room. Charging phones was challenging. Last night I couldn't do that and left the hotel to catch the plane with an empty phone.
There was noise from the streets in the room, but given the location, it was somewhat expected.
4.7
The friendliness of the staff they were extremely helpful
The breakfast.
No coffee making facilities.

I got a room on 3rd floor with a balcony with sea view. The receptionist gave me a bottle of water and an adapter for sockets, the breakfast was delicious and the cleaner came every day.
Nothing, everything was ok.

I reserved a view room but was not provided one

The location was great , in an interesting part of the city away from the crowds on the waterfront. The room and balcony had a great view over the city and the sea.The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will come back again to Axiothea..
The only minor point was that the breakfast was okay but not great.
4.7
The room was clean and had a nice view, location is good, and easy parking - but that's about it.
No idea why this place has such good reviews... It's an old hotel that is way too expensive and not good value for money.
The rooms are old and very badly decorated. Breakfast was very poor quality and the whole place needs to make over.
4.7
The hotel is well placed for access to restaurants, museums and the older part of Paphos. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Our room had a great view over the lower part of Paphos and the sea; kettle available on request. The staff were always helpful and exceptionally so when we had a wallet pickpocketed in town.

Super nice hotel workers. Clean nice room. Good breakfast. Located near old city with bus to the sea. It was graet!
All was good...

The rooms on the seaview side are large and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.
The rooms on the non seaview side are too small and claustrophobic for 2 people to be comfortable for more than a single night. And yet we paid the same price as for the bigger rooms on the other side that we’d stayed in 5 days before. The first experience was the reason we came back to the Axiothea. Very disappointed.

it’s right next to the old town, the views from the window are exceptional. the staff is really nice and helpful, Wi-Fi works well, tasty breakfast, comfy bed.
the sound travels too well, we were able to hear everything happening in the hallway and could also hear people in their bathroom next door through the vent. on one morning, we were woken up by cigarette smoke coming from one of the other rooms
4.7
The diverse food, the location of the dining room.
The time for breakfast could be extended during the week ends, not to be up to 9:45.
To install wood or something on the wall behind the bed.
Cable TV instead of the local canals

We stayed for 2 nights with a friend. Cosy, clean and very well maintained hotel located near the city center. The owner and the staff are kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast with a big choice of food. Highly recommend.
Electrical kettle in the room would be a convenient addition.

Great family hotel, wonderful traditional local atmosphere in the heart of the old town. Rich breakfast and very nice staff, comfortable room.
4.7
Perfect location, staff are really friends, breakfast was amazing and the view out to the ocean was priceless. 5 mins away from Old Paphos and a 30 min walk to the Paphos.

Excellent location, good breakfast, good information

Before I arrived I received helpful information on taking the airport bus to get to the location. It was also easy to communication when I arrived at the hotel. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.
I liked my room with a little balcony to sit or dry clothes. Whoever does the cleaning deserves a medal because it was absolutely immaculate! There was a nice selection of toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the other furniture in the room was also of good quality.
For breakfast there were so many lovely foods to choose from, both sweet and savoury. The dining room was spacious, breezy and with expansive views over the city to the sea.
Overall I had an excellent stay. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so welcome and cared for. I would love to return.
