Keys, hard to obtain because tenets before forgot to hamd them back difficult process to organise new fobs . No probs understanding 👌

Room very clean

Nothing like in the photos very very basic rooms very used and stinks like sweaty old alcohol 😷 I had to keep the doors open 24/7 note that they don't like cleaning after guests and definitely don't use the beds as they don't like cleaning the bedding 😞 or towels I thought we would clean the room out properly before leaving just to be nice to have house keeping to open the door and walk in the room 😦 I'm a registered victim so that was a hell of a shock we then quickly finished what cleaning we were doing and left to get a text half hour later saying that I was getting charged for cleaning that's basic cleaning when I already paid nearly a K for 3 days!

Treatment and now price after finding out the room wasn't what I expected 😔

So noisy - on main street - no double glazed windows - cars hooning up and down the street all night

Fantastic view from the spa pool, loved being able to view the ocean while relaxing in the spa. Great location, could walk up to the main street and the Sunday Markets. Close to lovely cafes/restaurants at Bullcock Beach.

Clean and centrally located, a good sized apartment and the rooftop pool was just as nice as it looks in the photos with spectacular views all around!

Our original booking needed to remove a night but the office never answered or replied so we had to cancel and rebook which meant we lost our nice view room. We arrived at 2:30 for check-in midweek and the office had already shut with no staff to be found until we departed on the final day.

air con didn’t work in 3 room including our unit as we traveled with other people. turn taps on in kitchen and bathrooms you would get soaked. cleanness was average tiles missing in shower, mould lining the bottom tiles. rooms dated
