Cette maison de trois chambres très spacieuse et chauffée centralement est à 60 pieds du lac avec pelouse ouvrant sur une crique de plage de sable isolée. À l'automne, il est très privé avec des couleurs vives et des vues spectaculaires sur le lac Sebago en constante évolution. Deux kayaks sont inclus dans la location
Le salon a une disposition ouverte: salon (cheminée qui fonctionne) - salle à manger - cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Il y a du chauffage central, des planchers de pin et des boiseries partout. Nous fournissons des draps. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size et les deux autres chambres ont des lits jumeaux. Le salon a un canapé en coupe et un futon queen. La salle de bain a une baignoire qui est idéale pour baigner les tout-petits. Également une baignoire utilitaire et laveuse / sécheuse au rez-de-chaussée. Un barbecue à gaz, un foyer et une table de pique-nique sont fournis sur le patio. Une connexion Internet par câble et sans fil haut débit est incluse. Occupation maximale de 8 personnes
Septembre et octobre sont les secrets les mieux gardés du lac Sebago. Jours chauds et nuits fraîches et très calmes. En septembre, le lac est encore assez chaud pour se baigner. Les feuilles commencent à tourner et le paysage est magnifique. Un moment idéal pour la randonnée, le kayak, le golf ou tout simplement se détendre au soleil sur la plage avec un livre ou devant la cheminée la nuit. Vous pouvez même regarder les aigles nicher sur l'île extérieure (1/4 mile de distance en bateau ou en kayak) ou pêcher le bar à petite bouche au large des rochers dans la crique ainsi que le saumon et le touladi.
Il est à 45 minutes de Shawnee Peak; À 1 heure du centre commercial North Conway NH et des White Mountains.

We enjoyed a relaxing vacation getaway. Unfortunately, it rained most of the week, but we took advantage of the.time.inside to play games. It is a lovely property, especially.the beach.area. Sarah the property manager was.terrific, and was always available.to problem solve small issues,.such as difficulty using the televisions. It was a great experience overall.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We enjoy the lovely beach with its wonderful view. The cove is quiet and feels nicely tucked away for big Sebago. The house itself has everything you need for a vacation by the lake. Loved the fire pit for making s’mores!

The house was great! Clean, fresh flowers, comfortable beds. Beautiful lake. The beach, which was the main reason we chose this one, not so much. Lots of scat in the grass and sand had not been cleaned from the winter. Also, the dock was misrepresented and not present. Neighbor opened fire at family of Canadian geese, including babies, with a .22. Not cool.

This was our second summer staying in this house for a week with our daughters family. The grandkids spent the week in the lake swimming and paddling; parents and grandparents trying to keep up with them. We have decided that this is our summer destination- the sandy cove is a perfect spot for our group including kids 4-9. We will be back :)

We had such a wonderful time. The house, location & amenities were more than we had hoped for. We all felt comfortable immediately upon entering and were welcomed by a very big & friendly dog, Frye who was later joined by Sugar & Aggie & a couple more, I didn't get the names of, but all were sweet and friendly (you must love dogs to stay here & fortunately, we do) The only issue was the dogs, being dogs, would relieve themselves anywhere they desired and we had to clean up a few times.
The lake was gorgeous! Crystal clear and warm. We were in it many times every day. It is the perfect lake atmosphere. I highly recommend water shoes as the entry to the lake is rocky and the sand can get hot on the beach. We were provided with floats & kayaks, that were clean and easily accessible, and we used them a lot.
There was plenty of seating inside & out in both sunny and shaded areas. The firepit area was perfect. Although we left our remaining firewood, I recommend grabbing some before you arrive because once you're there, you won't want to leave.
But, if you do decide to venture out, we went to a pick your own flower farm in Windham and the causeway in Naples as well as a taco restaurant in Bridgeton.
We were there during a very hot weather week. I'm not complaining because I love the warm weather but be sure to bring a fan or two for the main living space. The master bedroom has an a/c unit that cools 2 bedrooms if you keep the bedroom door open and the hall door closed.
We were incredibly happy here and hope to return next Summer.

We so enjoyed our time at your home. It felt like our home. Very well stocked (could use one or two sharp filet knives) with all that a family could need. We enjoyed the water, the fire pits, the privacy, the sun rises, the views from the living room, the water pressure, the grill, and so much more. The walks down the road, the location close to the state park, etc.... Our dog ran free and we have never seen him so happy!!

We so enjoyed our time at your home. It felt like our home. Very well stocked (could use one or two sharp filet knives) with all that a family could need. My husband and I had a very quiet, relaxing vacation. Our daughter and son in law came out for a few days and enjoyed the boats. The description is very accurate of the property.

Fabulous Week-Long Getaway
This house was even better than we expected from the photos and description! The view was wonderful and we can’t do it justice with words. We all had a very relaxing time… The grandkids dug in the sand for hours, and we also enjoyed the kayaks every day. We picnicked outside for lunch, and most nights only went in at dinnertime to eat and play games before bed. We enjoyed a fire 2 evenings, and the stone fire pit at the edge of the beach was our favorite. We ate pizza outside from Randy’s Wooster St Pizza (really good!), then made s'mores. The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The large, open living area was spacious for our group to hang out. We are hoping to return next year, and are already making lists for the items we wish we had brought this time!

Fan-friggin-tastic!!!
There’s not enough space here to list all the awesomeness of this cottage. But I’ll try… super big main room for the entire family without being in top of each other. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you’d ever need. Brand new Weber grill. The lake level bathroom, shower, and washer dryer was dynamite. Now the lake… there’s very few places you can rent lakefront in Maine with its own private beach! That’s right, a sandy beach. The flat floating swim platform had some surprises. You can lift a small round table up with cup holders, and an umbrella hole! There’s even two adjustable back rests so you can lounge in the swim platform. Never saw this before. There’s a beautiful super friendly chocolate lab that comes by during the day to say hi. We met some of the residents on this private tucked away slice of heaven and they were all so welcoming and friendly. They made you feel like you were part of the neighborhood. We just got back today and already looking forward to renting again.

Relaxing Retreat
This rental is a gem. We loved the beach and swimming platform and enjoyed hanging out with the neighborhood dogs (all extremely friendly). The lake was beautiful and pretty quiet for August on Sebago. The cabin had everything we needed and was a great place to relax on the one rainy day we had. Hope to stay here again!

What a great spot!
If you are looking for an amazing view of Sebago lake, this is your spot. The home is charming and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. The beach out front is a soft sandy beach perfect for frolicking during the day. The communication with the host was above average she was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The host even brought chocolates for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House & Views
This property was nothing short of amazing! I have been coming to Sebago since I was a child but this was the first time renting in this location. The views were gorgeous. The home is set back in a quiet cove making it very private with a large sandy beach area. The yard is also quiet large with plenty of room to hang out, build a fire, etc. the house was even more spacious than it appears in the pictures! We enjoyed our stay but of course it went too quick! We hope to be back in the years to come!

What a hidden treasure! The home and property exceeded my expectations. So much room to enjoy both inside and out. The views from the home and property were truly breathtaking. I could not have had better owners to rent from. They were very friendly, and readily available, yet respectful of our time while at their property. Every day my family and I had a visit from the owners' dog, Lief. What a good boy! We are extremely happy with everything about our special family vacation in Maine. We made amazing memories at this wonderful home that we will forever treasure! If I could give more than 5 stars - I would! Thank you Rod, Joan & Lief for such an amazing place to call home for the week!

This quintessential Maine lake front home has a lovely view of Lake Sebago with a beach right out front. As a bonus, the hosts provide kayaks to get out on the lake. We found the home to be clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. The owners, who live near by, were very responsive and welcoming to us. We had a nice visit.

somewhat mixed experience
beautiful setting right on a great part of Sebago lake; great owners but house has a rodent problem. Lifetime camper and downeaster so no city sissy but the house has mice all over basement and main living quarters. This was likely exasperated by a cold snap that tends to send rodents to seek warmer shelter. That said, the problem was throughout living quarters ( all bedrooms) and clearly needs to be addressed...old building that was clean but in need of fundamental repairs. Basement is extremely moldy.

Great location!
This rental property has the true camp feel, plus many amenities that make it a cut above the rest. The cove that this camp lies on is a beautiful part of Sebago Lake as evidenced by the many camps and houses that surround the cove...it is not secluded, but it does provide what most are looking for when it comes to privacy. The only downside were the beds...very hard and springy, but again, it is camp, so not a huge deal. The property has plenty of room if you prefer to sit in the sun or pull the chairs closer to the house and sit in the shade. The fire pit on the beach was also a nice touch! The neighborhood dogs were very friendly and funny...it was hilarious to drink coffee in the morning and watch the black lab bark out towards the lake and splash his front paws on the water! Overall, a great experience!

Outstanding beach home right on Sabego!
Our stay was outstanding and very relaxing in this very well appointed home with direct access not only Sabego Lake but a large sandy beach which are 2 children enjoyed immensely. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids loved their twin beds.
There are plenty of games for kids indoors for a rainy day but plenty of beach toys and rafts for lake and sand. The kitchen had everything imaginable and even had lobster pots for our lobsters we purchased just 15 minutes away in Naples. House was very clean upon arrival and Rod was readily available and great host! Last but not least our kids loved their dog Leif who would lay on our porch waiting with a ball to play with my 8 year old son every day! What a great dog who will likely swim with you with the provided kayaks and canoe! Great vacation just wish it was available during summer but is a great Fall Camp
