Beautiful rooms and ours had a great view. A large swimming pool and great service.
The beach could’ve been bigger but that’s not down to the hotel.
Also more vegetarian options would’ve been good. But the hotel were extremely accommodating

Todo! Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la atención de todos los trabajadores (Marcelo, Weider, María Nela,… todos), la comida, las camas súper cómodas, la piscina, temperatura… una estancia buenísima.

Beautiful location, great pool, friendly staff
When tap water is not potable I think hotel (particularly upper end ones) should make a reasonable supply available without charge. Small tank in reception usually not full. Drinks prices, particularly bar, very expensive (captive audience!)

Staff friendly
The tiny beach was ok. There is only a tiny stretch of sand to walk along at the front of the hotel.
Hotel needs updating. It looked shabby and old (in need of repair). Staff friendly. Food absolutely awful.
Photos are deceiving!!

The complex is beautifully done. Location is stunning.
The value for money is just not there. You pay 5* prices for a quite mediocre experience. The food is not great, the rooms are lackluster. Service is below average (although everyone is very nice). That, plus the cockroaches in our room, made us feel like in an expensive Hostel rather than a luxurious hotel. Would not come again.

The property was excellent! Clean, the food was great and the staff was attentive and short of amazing!
My only complaint is the fact that they didn’t have unlimited water. It’s hot and you only get one 300ml bottle of water per meal. If you want more you have to purchase it. It’s either water or a drink. It’s the only thing that would keep me from giving this resort 5 stars. I have been to other resorts and staff is walking around filling up your cup with water. Other than that everything was amazing!

The trip stated off with a one hour speedboat transfer from Cartagena, offering fabulous views of the city as you left the harbour. The transfer was efficient and comfortable, followed by a quick and easy check-in at the resort. The resort has several pools in addition to the ocean, so there is swimming for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable - try and book a bungalow if your budget allows. The resort welcomes day trippers every day, yet as a hotel guest you didn‘t see them at all.
Food was good, not great, and the selection of wines could have been a little better.

not the white sands and the palms but clean, warm and calm sea and the big aged trees calm you down. Food is delicious and the rooms are clean.
Food portions could be larger and water should be included in the price.

The room was clean and the view is amazing. The vibe of the place is awesome and the swimming pool is amazing.
There is a good enough wifi connection to do some remote work. Especially if you do not need to do meetings. There are some strong spots in the area where you can have meeting calls, with no problems.
The bar have good drinks with fair pricing.

Many things:
- they pick you up on time on your hotel (at city center) to the port where you board a confortable speed boat. The trip to the hotel lasts about 60min through the river, mangue and ocean. Pretty cool and confortble.
- the hotel is located on a beatiful area full of a variety of trees, a small and charming beach, great views from the restaurant. The sunset is one of the most beautiful I've seen.
- Service was outstanding. Everyone with a nice smile and great attitude. Oscar (our main waiter) was outstanding.
- The chales are well built and very charming, so it is the entire hotel. We loved ours Mulata 3 (next time I'd pick the upper one).
- There are two nice pools and other tours are also offered.
Overall dinner and lunch food were ok. Not bad but far from impressive.
You have to pay for water all the time.

very quiet, lots of places to sit and relax
the beach area had a ton of coral so very hard to walk on and there was a really bad stench from behind when the wind blew just right. also the water was not drinkable so I feel the resort should offer free water rather than just 3 very small bottles a day

Not much. very disappointed.
Food was terrible.

water not included, they charge for every little thing, even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive.

The beach and views from the restaurant was lovely.
The fact the team was not attentive enough to request made months ago for me and my new fiancée. When making the booking it was mentioned that they would accommodate request and got put into a mediocre room. What made it worst is the manager was very nonchalant about it all. Said other staff had no preference on room, so why put us in a lesser room especially as they weren’t celebrating a special occasion. Could have made our stay in a dream.

rustic, traditional property.

facilities
bar at the pool
the room
good for relaxation
spa massages are good
great bartenders
water in the beach was brown
food was really bad
for the price we paid, no basic inclusion like water (only 300ml little water bottles per person per meal!! so if you are thirsty outside meals you have to pay for water!) or a kettle to boil water in the room to make a tea (tea bags and cups are provided in the room, so not much sense)
the tours you book in the hotel are a robbery, do not book in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, the service was good and the view and sun from sunrise till sunset was beautiful
The staying was almost excellent in any manner. I could always see how the place is almost there. Overall it was nice, but for sure doesn’t give a full value for the price. Probably there are better options in terms of value for money

We spent 3 night in the resort. We had absolutely wonderful time. Resort exceeded our expectations. It's small, lovely and quite place. I would call it's like family resort. The food which included in the package make feel like you eat in the top scale restaurant. The serving staff was incredible! Special THANK YOU to Juan David Bobadilla and Osman Mier. They helped us with the food and language barrier.
An all-inclusive package drinkable water MUST to be included without limits and without charge.

Loved the idyllic location, the sea, the small beach. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and well loomed after. Food selection was of a good quantity, variety and taste. Good dive-center.
Lack of activities, missleading website description of rooms, insufficient description of services provoded and included in the package. Insufficiently trained service personell, missleading presentation of tours. Imposibility to walk freely around the island or between neighbouring hotels. No ambiental music in the restaurants. Very few activities available.

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. They made sure we had what we needed. The spa is amazing and so are the pools.

the staff were attentive and helpful-
we needed to transfer to isla grande (instead of going back to Cartagena) and the price of the boat is 200000 COP for couple, the hotel staff (and especially Junior) helped us and let us join the snorkeling trip which in the end of it dropped us at our next hotel.
lunch&dinner were really good.
the room was very clean, great shower.
the breakfast was mediocre.
the prices at the bar are extremely overpriced!!!
the most expensive I’ve seen in Colombia so far.
at the evening it was pretty dull, it was nice if there was some live music or activities, because the hotel is the main attraction and you have nothing to do outside of it.
if you compare the resort to other 5* resorts worldwide it is kinda basic and not the same luxury level, I expected more.

We enjoyed the day beds, the room was comfortable, the bathrooms had hot water, the food was great, and the staff were very nice and accommodating.
We did not love the location. The water from ocean was murky and did not look like the photos. We also hated how busy it got, with boats of close to 100 people visiting the island everyday on day trips, taking up all the beds on the beach, and it was very loud.

When we first arrived by boat, it was almost like you were arriving in the middle of an ocean! We received such an exceptional greeting, addressing if we spoke english or spanish - we were served two drinks upon arrival, while Junior was explaining the details such as the hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the layout of the entire resort. We loved the fact that although our room wasn't ready, they took our luggage to put into a safe while we went to go grab lunch in the meantime. The food was amazing but the view was breathtaking, it felt like any islands that were near us were miles away. From the start of our visit, we were complimented with amazing service by Myra, who made sure we felt at home and accommodated!
Once our room was ready, we were greeted by Louis, who took care of grabbing all of our bags and promptly escorting us to our room. The room was exactly how the pictures online (and more!!) described it, we had a fantastic view of the pool and ocean view with a balcony.
This resort does allow exterior guests to have day passes (I think from 10am-4pm), but all hotel guests have a private pool and beach area that is exclusive to their stay. I would like to note that we never felt crowded, annoyed, or bothered by exterior guests with day passes. All of the resort guests had ultimate privacy if they preferred.
During our stay, we met with a local vendor that offered different types of boat tours such as snorkeling, visiting the aquarium, and visiting the Rosario Islands. We opted to take a boat tour of the Rosario Islands (~10am-2pm) with our guide, Nestor. We were able to arrange our own private boat ride with him and were able to coordinate our own itinerary for the day and go island hopping around the Rosario Islands while ending in Cholon. I can say this experience was unforgettable!
Throughout the rest of our stay, we were able to relax by the private beach where the water was so clear you could see your feet!
Nothing!!

The place was lovely and peaceful and the rooms were great! The staff couldn't do enough for you. The shower was probably the best shower I've ever been in.
The drinks were a bit pricey for Colombia (more like UK/ USA prices) and the excursions were extremely expensive. It's very quiet in the evenings, people tend to go back to their rooms after dinner so the bar closes around 10pm. Maybe some live music or entertainment would be good on the occasional evening.
