tuvimos que cargar la maleta por casi dos cuadras porque al frente estaba inundado, para ir a la playa tocaba pasar por una tabla improvisada. Deberían invertir en una pavimentación en frente del Hotel. Este hecho resta muchos puntos.

El tipo de música, todo el tiempo ballenato y también es justo que a las personas que no compartimos ese gusto musical nos den la oportunidad de escuchar otra variedad

The quality of the rooms was not the best, the shower door wouldn’t close and the shower head was broken, not the best for the actual price

Very nice pools, and restaurant. The bar is out side in the front on the street.
No wifi in the front of the hotel in the rooms. I had to use the event room to use the wifi for work. The shower just had a pipe coming out of the ceiling for the water.

The restaurant staff was incredible. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our 1.5 year old daughter loved the playground and the baby pool.

The infrastructure is really nice, although badly managed and with su substancial flows, as for example the lift does not reach the 4th floor where the rooftop pool is. This already discriminate people on a wheelchair or older people. For the rest The infrastructure is really the only positive thing about this Hotel.
The location is nice but is relative as it is located just next a petrol refinery and you obliged to take a taxi if you want to go to the near town.
Regardless my bad experience, There are 3 key objectives failures in this business:
customer service
food and drinks
cleaning and hygyene.
The receptionist to start with gave me a dirty and messy room, and charged me an addition to gave me a sea view room after on bookings I reserved for it. She pretend to forget to give me back the change from the taxist, who I believe they have some sort of deal to charge tourist 25,000 pesos to go to any destination, even the airport which is literally behind the structure. Nonetheless the attitude shown was poor and completely dismissive. You don’t feel welcome at all, and is embarrassing how you get bounced back across staff who none can help you with anything. Not all were like this but a good 80% yes.
The waiter who worked upstairs in the rooftop messed our dinner, forgetting to order my guest’s meal completely. At 10pm they shut and left us completely alone without service. Amazingly poor.
In addition there is not late-check out service offered and since checkout is around lunch time you are basically thrown out the place. Quite absurd given there are 35 degrees and the place is quite isolated from everywhere. They did not offer us to stay in the common area nor they asked if we needed anything or if our stay was good. Again complete lack of customer service.
The food we had was simply disgusting, flavourless, unsalted, tasteless and cold 100% of the time. The buffet portion are served but are ridiculously small and they even get upset if you ask for a refill. There is not room service at all. Incredible for a place call itself a resort.
Ultimately the pools are dirty the place is invaded by flies everywhere and the bathroom smell like urine. It is rather disappointing a structure with such potential is run like a motel.
First impression was very positive but after the long check in process you realise that your stay is going to be rather disappointing since the resort expectation vanished pretty quickly.

The ambiance is relax and chill. Beautiful view from the infinity pool especially at sunset. The hotel has the modern/beach style feeling.
The only issue was the power went out a few times during dinner, but the hotel had generators which kicked in, and it didnt ruin our night.
