The amazing views were fantastic, very peaceful, relaxing private waking up in the morning to see the fog over the lake birds chirping cows grazing awesome stay definitely will be back .

Excellent B&B in Maleny. The continental breakfast was really good. The Maleny Yoghurt was nice. The views from the room balcony/deck are beautiful. And hosts are very friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful, quiet location. Large, comfortable room with spa and everything you need. View was amazing.... highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days and it was tropical heaven! Ken and Daph were fantastic hosts and laid everything out in the room so lovely the views were stunning from the in house villa, the bath was amazing and the whole vibe inside the villa was on point. Breakfast was also provided for 3 days it was sensational to rock up with so much warmth and thoughtfulness, I highly recommend staying here at least 3 days!!! Thank you Tropical retreat Maleny xx

Didn't stay long enough!!!

The location was up on the ridge along the scenic route between Maleny and Montville and we had great views driving in and out and nice cool weather. The view from the chalet was so beautiful and peaceful. The chalet was well equipped with everything that worked and was good and clean. We had a great stay there, kids loved the jacuzzi as well. Highly recommended!

The road turning into the chalet is quite easy to miss, it would be great to have a clearer/bigger sign, and also some reflector at night. We stayed at 2 bed Nusa Dua but the 2 bedrooms are actually two separate units connected by the balcony. Might not be suitable for younger kids to be sleeping on their own. It is very dark at night, naturally. Ours were 8 and 11 and managed ok although we were a bit worried at first but they were fine.

Brilliant little oasis with spectacular views. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful.

Comfort of bed, no sink in room, no real washing facilities, continental breakfast was hand packed. I was unsure of food handling standards. The whole property was is disrepair.

It was quiet and peaceful to relax and unwind. Close to both Maleny and Montville for day trip.

The unit was dirty, floors didn't seem to have been cleaned and my socks were filthy not long after arrival. The view on website is great but when arrived the bushes had overgrown and unless you stood up you couldn't see the view of the lake (can supply photos if required). No Plug in bathroom sink. Wires hanging down from back of TV, very untidy. Pictures of breakfast on website shows you what you think to expect but, bread in zip lock bags along with cereal in bags (not standard small cereal boxes you would expect) the Maleny yoghurt was great though. Main office reception area steps up to seem dangerous and wobbly and not really a good first impression. Staff were friendly also.
