Excellent location, close to all amenities. We stayed on the 21st floor and had an amazing view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. They allowed me to have a late checkout (12pm)

There was no help with luggage, and I was a solo traveller with heavy ones. They handed me a trolley, which was somewhat clumsy and the wheels had deflated tyres! The air com in the room wasn’t working very well and was leaking down the inside of the sliding doors. The restaurant food was average. They charge extra for the use of cutlery and crockery, which I found it unnecessary.

The pre check-in does not help at all. I had to wait and give documents at the front desk, even though I have already done everything online. I lost twice as much time.

I never get my receipt on time to checkout. It doesn´t come by email.

Big room. Excellent breakfast. Easy free street parking.
