Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, extremely accommodating - our room had been cleaned early so we were allowed an early check in, he also took all our bags to our room for us, we absolutely loved staying here!
The only thing we would have liked was a second mirror as we were all going to a festival but that’s very minor to our lovely stay :)

Nice Apartments with kitchen and balcony. good sized bathroom, walking distance to town
cleaning could be improved, wardrobe and cupboards where quite dusty/dirty. kitchen is equipped with basics but no oil, salt or pepper. Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest but worked

The apartment was super clean and organized, and had everything you needed. The location is great with the beach just 2 minutes away and the town centre about a ten minute walk away. The staff was very kind and open!

I loved the room and the garden view. The pool is great also.
A few broken items (tongs, cooking utensils ect.) and feel as though some basic cooking items could be provided (sauce, salt and pepper, paper towel) just to make things a little easier.

Clean and excellent kitchen facilities enabling one to cook most meals rather than venture out to Byron's relatively expensive restaurants.

Location was on the main street which was flowing virtually non stop throughout the day.
Our apartment overlooked this same street.
We booked up in July for a stay in October, we requested a Ground floor Pool side apartment due to mobility issues, this was confirmed as being OK by David. When we arrived we were located on the top floor overlooking the main road, with some excuse about it being out of their hands? needless to say this did not improve our stay.
Neer the end of our stay, in desperation to find out why the apartment was so stuffy we discovered that the ensuite which had no window, also did not have a functioning extractor fan. This was drawn to Darrens attention, but it remains to be seen whether anything has been done in this unit No 5

The proximity to the town and beaches. Nice little kitchen with basic ammenities. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Old and not like pictured. Thick dust on top of artwork and wardrobes. Sofa bed is awful to sleep on.
