Se proprio devo trovare una nota negativa é la piscina esterna riscaldata che non era molto calda.

The hotel is outstanding. Every detail has been well thought through. I couldn’t fault a single thing. We traveled with a 3 year old and this was made a breeze from the facilities, pool area, kids play area and even prams available for when he fell asleep in the evening. The value for money was exceptional with the half board 4 course meals. We’ve been lucky enough to travel many places around the world and this hotel wouldn’t be out of place amongst 5 star Dubai hotels.

Excellent hotel from every perspective. I will definitely return in the future, next time for longer. Excellent restaurant and breakfast, amazing rooms and spa, lovely staff. I would definitely recommend it to everyone
Honestly, the only thing I would change is to have the complementary welcome drink to be prosecco brut instead of dry, but hey... ;)

Our stay was really great! We’ve loved how spacious and comfortable the Royal Suite was. The spa area and the swimming pools were great, so was the food!
We’ve just missed a shower next to the outside sauna. Please note that standard rooms are rather small and not as comfortable as suites.

Very nice and clean room. The gym as well as the wellness area were suited with everything you could ask for.
If you want good food, you are wrong here. Dinner was generally served cold on warm plates and didn’t offer much other than a good look. As the tables next to us were seated with Italian guests, we could see how differently we were treated. We were treated harshly, got smaller potions, had longer waits and had to pay for services, the italian guests got for free. Breakfast was okay, but not good.
